Prompt- professional-safe response from the very first call from surveyor Glen- to the agents Dan (possibly 2 x Dan's) who carried out the treatment but whichever Dan were exceptionally thorough. The communication was exceptional there were calls from Kevin and a Pete to communicate exactly what was happening-when and how with an after service timeline. Their attention to detail was rigorous-meticulous and performed with great care and attention- followed by a full indepth investigation. This was so reasurring to hear my concerns were listened to. Their expertise was second to none. I cannot praise them highly enough especially Kevin who came to complete the after treatment review. If I have failed to mention anyone by name I apologise. A most traumatic expereince was treated with the utmost consideration and understanding. I cannot thank you all enough.

Excellent, quick and efficient, can't ask for anything more!

I am very disappointed with the bed bug treatment I received from Rentokil. I paid £2,100, expecting a professional and effective service, but unfortunately we are still experiencing bed bugs even after the treatment was completed.

Before Rentokil, I used another pest control company and paid around £500. Their technician spent approximately 45 minutes treating the property, and afterwards we noticed a significant reduction in bed bugs for around 15 days.

With Rentokil, however, I was surprised that the technician’s visits seemed to take less than 15 minutes, and I mainly saw him spraying the wooden areas. Despite paying considerably more, we have continued to see bed bugs and have not seen the improvement we expected.

For £2,100, I expected a much more thorough treatment and, most importantly, a solution to the problem. Unfortunately, based on my experience and the results so far, I am very disappointed with the service and do not feel that I received value for the amount I paid.

The young Gentleman that was assigned to me(Jamie) was ALWAYS thorough and put my mind at ease (especially with having a phobia) he was punctual and explained everything in detail, traps were set and he followed up in a timely manner. Thankfully my situation with the squirrels/mice in my loft has been dealt with!! Let's hope that's the end of it.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The surveyor offered practical solutions. The visiting technician keeps us informed on the monitoring.

The technician was great, but we still have mice. We paid £1,600 + for the service; a partial or 100% refund for pain and suffering would be great. Thank you, I'll give you 5* reviews and will be happy to do so for money

Your technician Joel was very professional and kept us informed throughout the process of treating and removing our wasp nest. He was very personable and professional towards us and recommended we replace our outside extractor fans exits( which is how the wasps first gained access to our property).
Our regular maintenance guy is currently on holiday. When he returns I will ask him to install mosquito proof grills and meshes to the outside end of the extractor fans. Please pass on our thanks to Joel for the 10 out 10 service and the advice he provided.
