Very easy and professional, turned up when planned and fixed my oven very quickly. Also engineer Dave was a nice friendly guy!

Had SHANE over from repair my appliance. The issue with the washing machine was that it was not draining water. He replaced the filter. But the fault was still there and machine drum was retaining water instead of draining it. He came back once to fix it but couldnt do the job. Iv been trying to call him but hes not answering the messages or calls. Got charged £100 for the service which did not fix my appliance and its still not draining water. Also, he was supposed to email the service reciept and i havent received that till date. Wanted to upload that as a proof but sadly didnt receive one from him.

Was able to book in the repair easily, even on a weekend, with good communication about expected arrival time, as promised. Shane was very pleasant, and gave helpful advice about my washing machine. A very efficient service at a fair price, highly recommended.

I made a call when my ovens broke down. Shane very quickly contacted me, impressive given that it was a Sunday. The ovens were fixed at my earliest convenience and a very generous two oven discount was applied. Shane was very punctual and communication was impeccable. He’s incredibly polite and efficient. I would definitely recommend using this company.

Shane came to fix my oven for me, which needed a new heating element. He was very kind and chatty and had the job done in less than 10 mins. I'd originally spoken to the technical team from the oven brand itself who were a lot more expensive, so I'm glad I looked elsewhere. He was also very quick in coming back to me to book the repair in, and had excellent communication on the day. Will defo use again if needed!

Responsive at the beginning. Informed me he had the part for my oven. After that trying to get a date was near impossible and then went off the radar in terms of communication so the job was never completed . He either did not want to do the job or was too busy all the same a courteous explanation would have been the acceptable way to deal with it, instead just radio silence. Disappointed and a lot of time wasted.

I have had Shane come out a couple of times now for different repairs and he’s great to deal with, gets the job done quickly and efficiently and even went above and beyond for a request by the tenant to fix something else. Will happily recommend and use again.

Shane managed to identify the fault, obtain the difficult to source part, and fit it all with a couple of days to spare before the party.

My oven stopped working at lunchtime Friday by 3pm on Saturday I had a working oven again. Shane was fast to respond and kept us informed. Highly recommended

Excellent service from Shane. Was up front about the call out fee, was able to come out very quickly (and was flexible when we had to postpone for Covid reasons) and he fixed the problem immediately. Had the necessary replacement parts to hand so no waiting around. I would highly recommend Shane and use his services again.

Professional Service
This is the second time we have used Shane. Like many trade people these days, he is busy which I supposed is a good sign! The quality of his work is very good and I do not doubt his expertise.

I note the comments on communication. I think some may be fair however when we gave Shane a deadline due to Tenants moving in, he accommodated our request which is all we can ask.
