Low hassle and quick value return from Shane. Contacted Shane on Sunday evening as my Tenants could not utilise the washing machine. Gave Shane tenant’s number to arrange ever direct with them. By Monday all fixed for pretty fair amount.

Shane responded promptly to my message. He was here within one hour and a half. Repaired my washing machine within one hour. I shall have no hesitation to call upon his services in the future. I found him very pleasant, professional and helpful.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Shane. Heating element packed up on Wednesday evening, Shane responded to my email with an hour and had our oven fixed before lunchtime the next day. All for a very reasonable price too.
Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone, this kind of great service is very rare these days. Thanks again Shane!

I received excellent service from Repair My Appliance . Shane was very prompt in answering my initial email and was available straightaway. He diagnosed the problem with my washing machine and it was fixed within half an hour. The repair cost seemed very reasonable so definitely worth getting it fixed .

Brilliant service. We made enquiry on Tuesday 10th July late evening and Shane got in contact Wednesday 11th and he was at my property at 8.30am on Thursday 12th. I completed an online Contact form advising the problem I was having with the main oven thermostat control on my Bosch oven. This was on July 22, 2021 at 17.35. Shane made contact with me at 17.44 and it was agreed he would visit on July 24, 2021. He gave me a two-hour slot and arrived approximately 30minutes into this agreed time. This wonderful man replaced not only my main oven thermostat but my top oven one also, which was needing attention. I have NEVER had such an amazing service from ANY other individual or organization. Amazing service and at a very reasonable price. My main oven was getting cooler and cooler last night then this morning it wasn't working at all. Filled in a Web contact form at around 06:30 and by 07:30 had an email from Shane to arrange a time today! Very friendly efficient guy and my cooker now works. So first contact to fixing the oven took all of 8 hours! 😁. Plus he charges a flat rate for labour whether he's there ten minutes or two hours.

Shane was brilliant - repaired my oven and fitted new bulb. Found his details on our Farnham Common Facebook page - emailed him last night and he arrived at 9.15 this morning - really excellent service and price. I had wondered about buying a new oven but there is no need when Shane is around to deal with repairs so have saved another item going to landfill. Wonderful!

Could not have been easier. Shane responded to my request for a quote on a Saturday morning and was able to come Monday. Liked that the labour was fixed price so you know where you are. He quickly and expertly changed out the heater/pump on my dishwasher and checked it all all over before leaving. 30 mins all in. Very happy to have had such a hassle free experience. Thanks Shane.

Oven broke on Friday evening, emailed repair my Appliance and Shane got back to me 1st thing on the Sat morning, was repaired and up and running the same day. Cannot recommend highly enough; fast professional service and great value.

Shane came within an hour of me calling. He was in the neighbourhood, so that was lucky. It was a simple job, just the element needed changing. He also spotted that the light was not working. He carried both parts and the job was done in 30 minutes. Great service.

I called repair My Appliance out of the blue having found them on google search. Have been so impressed not only for the timely response but the honesty and professional service for the initial task of fixing out fitted oven. No mess and a great job. I then asked if he could supply and fit a dishwasher and within 4 days he managed to find the time to fit and remove the old one. Another superb job. You couldn’t tell we had had a workman in. So clean and a throughly professional service. I will certainly be recommending them

Shane was able to pop out to repair the washing machine at my elderly parents house on the same day! I felt as though I had won the lottery! He solved the problem instantly and worked quickly, efficiently and without any issues. Would highly recommend his services.
