I needed someone to repair my washing machine handle ASAP as I snapped it off trying to open the washing machine with clothes still inside. Shane answered promptly, came within one hour of my call (on a Saturday!) and had the correct part. I was incredibly surprised at how efficient he was and how reasonable the price was. I would definitely recommend Shane.

I was so pleased after calling Shane to come fix my cooker as he said he knew what was wrong and had lots of spare parts on board and would come end of the day !. It took 15 mins to sort and even put my shelves in properly ..
cheaper than a new cooker by far ..

Shane quickly responded via email to my initial online enquiry. He knew immediately what the problem was from the error code I gave him and he was able to order part from the model number. We had issues with our house move, but Shane was fantastic and was willing to install our new machines as soon as we were ready. He researched our requirements and sent options for us to choose from. He made time to turn up the day after our house move and installed our new appliances in no time. He explained how to use the appliances and adhered to all the COVID guidelines while doing so. We were let down by British Gas after waiting two weeks. Found Shane and he came out next day and fixed our broken washing machine.
Very professional and friendly, Followed social distancing wearing a mask inside and ensuring we remained apart.

Shane from Repair my appliance was able to book us in for a Miele washing machine repair the very next day. Highly professional, helpful and knowledgeable, Shane was able to identify the fault was actually in the tumble dryer sitting above the washing machine, leaking in to the washing machine and causing that to flash ‘check inlet’. Both machines now working perfectly again! I highly recommend Repair my appliance and would certainly call Shane for any future appliance issues. Thanks Shane!

First class service from Shane. Very knowledgable and fixed my leaking dishwasher quickly and easily. He also fitted a new bulb to my oven as I mentioned that it had blown, only charging me for the bulb. Shane wore a professional mask throughout his visit and everything was left clean and tidy. A broken down dishwasher 2 days before Christmas with at least a 2-week wait for the manufacturer's engineer to visit was a potential nightmare. Luckily Shane was able to come out within 24 hours, quickly diagnosed the problem and even had the right spare part in the van. Top marks all round!
