Always a disaster when the washing machine breaks down, but was thrilled to find Shane. After leaving a message for him, he was prompt to return my call, book a timed appointment (rare these days). Arrived on the dot of the allotted appointment, diagnosed the fault, and better still had the part on his van, back in business just one hour after his arrival. True 5star service, happy to recommend him.

I can highly recommend Shane at Repair My Appliance. I called him out to fix a washer/dryer which had caused an electrical fault and it turned out it needed a new heating element. Shane was there the next morning and was very quickly able to identify the problem and replace the part for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use his service again.

I would recommend Shane for his quick and prompt service. I called him in when my oven stopped working and he came round 2 days later. Unfortunately the oven was too expensive to repair so I purchased a new one. Shane came in the same day the oven was delivered to install it. I wouldn’t hesitate to call him back should I have a problem with any appliance.

Shane provided an exceptional service! The oven is working brilliantly. The fact that the oven could be repaired by Shane has saved me the hassle of having to replace it and in return was far more cost-effective than buying a new one.

Before I called Shane... I was very seriously considering buying a new replacement as mine is already 20 years old. So glad that I chose not to and did not need to spend money unnecessarily.

Shane is very Helpful... prompt... reliable and most important... his response time was very quick and communication was brilliant throughout.

I'm very impressed with Shane and his company. I asked for a quote online at 10pm, received an email the next morning just after 7am and Shane kindly juggled his schedule to be with me in the morning as I had a hospital appt later. He was here by 10.30am. He had all the parts he needed to fix the fridge/freezer door with him. No mess, he cleaned up after himself - I'm very happy with this service. I will definitely contact Shane again if/when I need and recommend him 100%.

After giving up hope of finding a washing machine repairer, I resorted to Google and found Repair My Appliance. Very quick response to my email (same day) and was able to come out a couple of days later - a very pleasant and efficient Shane came out and sorted the problem within half an hour. Extremely reasonable rates, couldn't believe it. Will definitely be recommending him. Fantastic.

We used this company as felt re-assured by the great reviews and their professional website. How wrong we have been! A guy showed up on the 11th December after we put in a request for a washing machine repair; he was with us for around 10 minutes (took him longer to write out the invoice!), and then advised he had ordered 2 parts and they should arrive in a couple of days. We were told we needed to transfer the call out charge (£75) by BACs and then pay for the parts when they got installed.. we are still waiting. Despite several phone calls, messages and emails, no one has been back in touch, so am assuming we may as well have just thrown £75 away for nothing. Not impressed, as now looks like we are back to square 1!

Update: Company finally been in touch with apologies for delay and inadequate communication, hopeful that the parts (apparently on order) will be in by 27th December.

The engineer that came today was not equipped to carry out the work. He had nothing to pull the machine out with properly and could have easily damage the flooring. He put he’s tools on the work top without covering that. When he arrived he told me my appointment had Been cancelled yesterday as I hadn’t confirmed which is a trick the company do to get rid of work when they cannot cover. After all of this he left and my machine is not working. And as yet even after asking for a manager to call me no one has. Really disgusting customer service Mrs f Bedfordshire

Your reply is absolutely unbelievable. Thank god I didn’t use you I think you just completely showed your self up. It was an genuine mistake that my review has your company’s name on it but hopefully no one will ever use you again. What a disgusting person and company you must be.
