Fantastic service. Booked a repair online yesterday afternoon for appointment the following day. iPad screen cracked, repair completed ahead of schedule. Good communication and friendly service and all done outside in their van in an hour!

With so many companies offering their service to fix your iPhone or iPad. It can appear quite daunting to know who you can trust! Thankfully, RnR came highly recommended and their subsequent repair and communications were excellent! I would have no hesitation in recommending their service to friends, family and colleagues. Came to the house within the time frame they said and simply took the laptop to the van and had it back perfectly fixed and in amazing condition within half an hour! Lovely costumer service too!

Very happy with the service. Booked an appointment easily and arrived a little early (this is advised when you book). Replaced my iPad battery as it wasn’t holding charge. Complete in about 40 minutes. Fully documented. Polite and cheerful service.

These guys are excellent to deal with. My much loved Sony Tablet stopped working and they diagnosed the fault for me having checked the battery, charging port etc. Sadly the fault could not be repaired, since it lay with the electronics itself, but I can sleep at night knowing that I tried to get it repaired. Communications to and fro were good too and timely. So Mark and the team were great to deal with.

The booking process was simple and the van turned up at my home a few minutes before the time slot. The repair took around 30 minutes to replace the screen, battery and add a screen protector.
I would highly recommend their service.

Excellent service and price. Easy to book, allows you to select time. They come to you and repair it in their van and completed within an hour. Much better then sending it of for replacement and waiting week(s)

Found these guys online just radomly searching and thought i would try them as i like the idea of them coming to you. Did not disapoint as the guy who turned up was polite and profesional and provided an awesome service which took no longer than 20 minutes to fix an iPhone 7 screen replacement. Have already recomended to friends and family as i thought they were also reasonably priced. Price was what was quoted and no extras and they will tell you before they carry out the work should any extras need doing. Very Happy overall and 100% will use again in the future. Thank you!

Based on my personal experience, I’d highly recommend this company. The technician arrived in very good time, replaced the battery in an old iPhone 6s and cleaned the charging port which I thought had needed replacing. All good now, like a new phone and it cost less than I’d expected!

The original booking had to be rescheduled due to the “Pingdemic”. However, they rang and were able to offer a new appointment within 24 hours of the first.
The 2nd guy was running ahead of schedule and rang to see if he could come early. He duly turned up at the earlier time to repair the cracked screen on my iPad.
He did the job well, was polite and as helpful as Covid restrictions allow. The price was as quoted.
In short they did exactly what they said they would do and did it well. I would happily use them again.
