Great service. Booking was easy and Repair not Replace arrived at our school when expected and replaced two 7th gen ipad shattered screens within the time they said. Both are now fully working.

Arrived on time and did repair quickly and to a high standard, really recommend as you don't even have to leave the house. Good value for money. Also the website booking system was easy too.

This is the second time I've used this company, for two different phones. Both times they have been professional- they have collected and returned the phone in a matter of hours, all paperwork has been issued and I honestly cannot fault them. A fantastic company and I would recommend them (as I already have on multiple occasions) to anyone in need of a high quality, speedy service.

We have used this company twice now as I have a very clumsy son who likes to drop his phone a lot! Both times they have been fantastic & would highly recommend them. Wouldn’t go anywhere else now we have found them!

Had written the iPad Pro off as another company said too expensive to get the parts and what Apple charge better to get a new one! Anyway came to the house and repaired in the van! There was me thinking they would take away and bring back later. Have now bought a sturdy case to protect it from little clumsy fingers!
Very happy with the service.

My screen on the iPad was cracked. I was able to make an appointment online. I had texts and emails confirming the appointment, also a returned phone call explaining how the procedure worked. The van arrived early and the repairer was very polite and respectful. He explained why I couldn’t use it for 12 hours and did a good job. He gave the iPad back with a guarantee. I received an email with photos and explanations of what he did. Very pleased with service and would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service. I had an issue with the replacement screen and they could not have been more helpful in sorting it out, no quibble.

Quick and easy service, unfortunately phone wasn't fixable at the time but I would definitely use the service again. Polite, friendly and informative staff.

All in all these guys provide a fist class professional service, they are very efficient and great value. The job of replacing my iPad Air 2 battery went very smoothly and now I’m up and running again without paying the unnecessary higher cost of a new device.

Fantastic cheaper to do this than go through my mobile phone insurance and pay the excess, postage and be phone less for a week. Friendly engineer arrived before time slot, quick service, pristine work and sweets as a nice touch for my daughter as it was her phone screen cracked. Will recommend and use again if needed.

Booked online, arrived promptly to replace the glass on my iPad. The man took my iPad to the back of his van, where he has a workstation, and carried out the repair on my drive. Great service, quick and efficient, and a very reasonable price. Great to be able to fix at home and not have to be without it due to having to send off.

From the start of communication to finish Mark was quickly responsive to my emails advising me how to get a broken phone assessment for an insurance claim.
I was able to book this service and a cracked screen repair within 2 days and this was done quickly outside the house. Will definitely use these guys again!

Replacement of an I pad mini battery.
I am submitting this again as it appears the original did not seem to have been received.
I must say I was very impressed with the service given for the repair of a device which I realised could be quite tricky so much so that it had to be taken to the workshop which is 20 miles away. However it was collected on time and delivered back to me within 4 hours. I had to leave it untouched for 8 hours for the glue that seals the device to set but after that I charged it up and since then everything has been working extremely well. Thanks for the sweets too.
