Repair not Replace engineer turned up on time and completed the replacement of the battery on my IPad in a short while
The engineer was very friendly and explained to me how I should recharge the IPad due to an issue with the charging point
I have followed his instructions and my iPad works as before

Surface Pro Repair
I have a Surface Pro 5 which would not power up and appeared to be terminal. I was considering a replacement but fortunately I came across this company. Repair was an obvious challenge but with commendable effort and politely keeping me advised throughout, they managed to bring it back to life. Really Happy with the service
Was a bit worried when my repair man collected and took away in a bag. Thought I should've asked for a receipt or something.. But checked on here and my mind was put to rest.
As stated upon collection, my ipad was returned. Great service. Reasonable price and totally recommend.
So nice they deliver and collect as I don't drive and have 2 SEN children, so have to get replacement screens often.

Sorry we don't normally collect and take away it was just for 1 week when we had staff off with Covid. We are now back to normal with the 1 hour van service.
Excellent service.
I was contacted early on the morning of the booked repair to say the due to Covid my phone would be collected and delivered back within the day. An excellent service, prompt, good communication and pleasant staff.

Speedy and efficient repair.
I called this company on Saturday afternoon about my badly cracked iPad screen. They had an appointment free that afternoon and arrived at my home by 4.40p.m. Their very friendly and pleasant technician took my iPad into his van, and just 1 hour later was handing back my repaired iPad in perfect working order. I have never had service like that before and the cost was very reasonable too. I am quite happy to highly recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent Service
I needed a new battery for my Surface Pro and not willing to buy a new laptop when it was still working I found this company.
The whole tablet needed to be taken apart with a heat gun so I was not prepared to try it myself.
They came to collect my tablet, repaired and I had it back in 4 hours, I even got a refund for the screen as it did not break when removed.
I'm very happy as now I am able to use my laptop without it constantly needing to be plugged in.
Would definitely recommend and use them again if I need further work done.

Poor service - bad job
The pre repair is great however after sales is really awful. My iPad screen was replaced however the Face ID stopped working and there is small gaps between the screen and iPad.
I was messaging them for a couple weeks back and forth then they said log a request but now its chargable as it taken more than 2 weeks to log even though I was communicating with them

Thank you for your review, we are sorry you have felt the need to leave this. We replaced the screen on your ipad in July 2021, it is now December 2021. When we do any work we test items before and after and have test reports, the Face ID was not working on the before test report. Also depending on where the damage is on your screen the face id cable can be damaged and held together by the screen, as soon as the screen comes off, the movement, you see the issue, this is rare, but with yours the test form says we could not get Face ID to work before the repair, this is not a fix as part of the screen and this is not something that can be fixed as once they go you cannot replace them. Our warranty visits are not chargeable and if there are gaps you can book a warranty visit, we do ask for a deposit of £24.99 after a certain time frame in case the issue is not a warranty issue to cover the call out, warranty visits are free initially but our warranty is for 12 months and if it is a warranty issue there is no charge please book online . We did send you the warranty link as soon as you asked us to all those months ago. Thank you
Friendly, fast service and a no quibble warranty
Really pleased with our service. We had an iphone screen replacement done. Convenient as they come to you and technician was friendly. Unfortunately the part had an issue 1 day after install so we contacted them and booked a fresh repair under warranty. They came out and fixed no quibble and apologised for the issue.
Great customer service and would highly recommend.

As you have only had 1 job with us we have already replied to your review on the previous one. You have done two reviews but had one job with us you can amend and add to your original review if you wish. The speaker should have been a chargeable repair, not free, but we didnt charge you as I authorised it free of charge we have done one free repair for you. This all happened in October it has been a few months now. We will email you to see if you would like us to book a warranty visit for your back cover and whilst we are there we will look at the speaker for you.
