Excellent service. Engineer arrived early and phone screen replaced very quickly. I would even say its better after the repair than when it was new. Highly recommended.

We had a water damaged Laptop and PC, we had taken the Laptop somewhere else and they had told us it wasn’t repairable and was only fit for parts. I spoke to Repair and Replace and they said they would come out and take a look. The engineer who arrived was excellent, he had to take them away and a few days later brought them back working. The engineer was friendly, pleasant and very knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable, would highly recommend and would use them again if needed.

Having used several times with all good experiences. This time my enthusiasm for them fixing my daughters incredibly smashed iPhone was low - quick service and superb outcome ! Thank you to Mark and the team, 5 ⭐️ service

iPhone 11 Smashed screen , didn’t know if there was further damage as I had driven driven over it without knowing! contacted Northampton branch by text late yesterday evening, not expecting response until today, responded within minutes and had an appointment slot early today .Confirmation of appointment received, notified of a slight delay to arrival, very friendly technician and I had a fully Working-phone back within less an hour. when contacting them they also have me a discount code to use. Fantastic customer service and quality work. A big thank you and would highly recommend!

Replaced battery to iPad 5th gen, excellent service booked appointment online a text message sent when on way & on time within the 45 minutes given either side of appointment time. Very polite and knowledgeable young man took iPad away to his work van & returned fixed about 30 minutes later with instructions on when I could use it. The parts come with a guarantee & excellent door step service - no waiting, no sending away. No hesitation in recommending and would happily use them again.

Cracked screen and new battery arranged really easily and quickly, came next day to my house and all sorted within an hour, no loss of data or settings etc. Communication great and very professional, I would definitely use them again.

Probably not the cheapest but certainly the most convenient. Replaced a broken iPad screen at home the same day with the device available for use 12 hours later.

Repaired my trusty 4 year old iPhone X while I waited in my living room. Given the rising cost of everything, I didn't want to spend £800 on a new phone, so got my battery replaced, my charge port replaced and my ear speaker cleaned/repaired, at home, for £144 which I thought was brilliant.
