The whole experience I really cannot fault it, simple to book, I had a gentleman named Mark I believe the name is, booked for 1230hrs and arrived pretty much on the dot, well mannered and friendly I showed the man that the speakers on my iPhone wasn’t working properly thinking it’s a replacement of the internal loud speaker and maybe ear speaker but the guy cleaned them out and they’re working again! I wasn’t charged for unnecessary work or parts and I will definitely recommend this company in future and in the nicest way possible I hope I won’t see them again however if needed I will definitely not hesitate at using this comps again.

What a brilliant service from these guys. From my initial enquiry for help with the hard drive on my laptop the response was top class. On arrival the next day the technician was super efficient with a very clam demeanour which was so reassuring amid fears that i may have lost valuable data. Within half an hour he had fixed the problem! By far the best repair experience i have received.

This company are simply amazing. I stupidly smashed my screen on my I pad. Need it for work and information on it meant I didn’t want to post it. I googled repair I pad northampton and up popped this miracle. They came out immediately on the day but had not realised I had an I pad air. They offered to order a screen and come out again. Two days later and true to their word a miracle has occurred! Fixed from their van outside and amazing job. All packaged up with some yummy sweets which is a fantastic touch after major stress facing paying out for new I pad. Use these guys. They are great communicators, have a can do attitude and…..they mend things…..outside your house! Huge thanks.

Got an appointment same day. Brilliant price and fantastic service. Picked my phone up from the doorstep and fixed it in the van outside. An hour or so later the phone was handed back in a bag with warranty and some sweets, great little touch.

The next day there was a problem with charging the phone (nothing to do with screen repair) and the guys chatted through it on the phone then text me some instructions to follow to try and fix it. Honestly couldn't ask for a better service. So helpful and customer service is on point! Thanks so much.

Very efficient service from Repair Not Replace, it was done at my home at a day and time that suited me. It was done outside in their van so I didn’t have to travel. A very polite and friendly engineer who explained what I had to do for the best result for my iPad ie leave it for 12 hours before using it.

Excellent communication and customer service. Easy to book an appointment and you get a reminder via text and email. My laptop was collected and taken to the van outside my house to have the battery replaced. It was finished a lot quicker than I expected. So convenient and easy. I would highly recommend and would use again in the future
