The service was great starting with the very helpful and knowledgeable person I spoke with on the phone. We agree the work to be done and my iPad was collected the the next day and was repaired and returned the day after. I used the service based on a recommendation and have no hesitation to recommend it to others.

Brilliant! Just wanted to express my gratitude and just to say I wish I’d come across this company sooner! Booked an appointment for a screen replacement on my mothers IPhone 7, got an appointment slot the next day. Arrived super promptly, before the appointment time to my work place address and completed the work within the hour.
A lovely guy to, I will definitely be coming back to you guys in future should we have any electronic device emergencies. (I have the magnet on the fridge!) Competitive prices to. Again much appreciated thank you

Spoke to Mark on Friday about a serious problem with my phone and within 30 mins a new battery was ordered and installed on Monday evening. I'm not an easy person to please but it was excellent service, good value for money and the engineer that came to my house was incredibly professional. 5 stars from me and I'll be recommending these guys....

They visited right on time. Their rep was friendly and professional. He fitted a relpacement battery to my iPhone in just a few minutes and carried out a diagnostic check. This was all done at my home address the day after I visited their website and booked an appointment.

A very pleasant and easy experience all round, from the initial phone conversation and online booking (I was able to get an appointment within a few days, and on a Saturday) to the actual visit by a very nice young man who arrived on time, smiling, and completed the iPhone screen replacement and fitting of a screen protector quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service. Damaged my phone on Thursday evening before Bank Holiday weekend. Was able to book a call out for Bank Holiday Monday and the technician arrived early, took my handset into his self contained, equipped van and fixed the problem within half an hour and for a very competitive price!

The repair man arrived on time, was friendly and courteous and within forty minutes he had replaced my iPad battery and re-glued the screen. I genuinely cannot fault the service - it was first class and far easier than searching for anyone else. Based on my experience, I would thoroughly recommend Repair Not Replace.

BEWARE!!! After my screen was replaced and at the same time the battery was replaced the staff assured me that A the screen was a genuine part, this is not the case I took it to an apple shop and they stated that the reason for the glitching screen was because the part is not genuine and nor is the battery something that I was not told when it was getting fixed. I have today spoken with the franchise manager and he asked me to send the phone back to him or pay £25 for a van to come out as a "deposit" these guys are trying to steal your money beware guys! very shady tactics!
DO NOT TRUST THEM.
