This company is EXCELLENT I ordered on the 9th Dec and my item arrived this morning 10th Dec and FREE delivery. I also needed to match the seat to my bathroom suite which this company had in stock. Very pleased.

The only site that had a toilet seat with my size requirements! Quick delivery, reliable service. Will be back in future for sure

Everybody know that's getting right fit for a toilet seat is very difficult to gage – even measuring. Geoff spent a good ten minutes on the phone with me helping me measure the bowl. I ordered that day and I got the seat the next day! That's service!!

I ordered a replacement toilet seat on 06/07/21. Dispatched 07/07/21. Arrived 08/07/21. As we are in Scotland, I don't think it could have arrived any quicker.
Also I had an issue with what I thought was a missing part, which turned out not to be missing, but Geoff was very quick in pointing me in the correct direction. I very rarely give 5 Star reviews, but in this case i think it was merited.

I’ve never replaced a toilet seat before and didn’t realise the various sizes, styles, fittings, colours etc. Fortunately none of that was an issue as Geoff knew everything. He went out of his way to help me get the correct size after I had order the wrong one. He even took the time to talk me through the installation process over the phone. His customer service was exceptional, his prices were very competitive and the choice was phenomenal.

Replacementtoiletseats had some non standard seats that were perfect, with soft closing, clean modern appearance and very reasonably priced.

The seats were delivered next day with DPD Local which was surprisingly fast.

For such a great product the price was fantastic as it really transformed the appearance of my toilets.

I was looking for a toilet seat with a wide hinge 230mm, they helped me out and provided great service.

Untrustworthy Business
Unfortunately I was forced to purchase a toilet seat as this business was the only one who had the correct seat or I would have avoided them seeing the review. All went smooth with goods arriving then found they had sent the incorrect seat, not hat I had ordered to wrong seat but what was charged for and what I received was totally different. Since 2nd January ands constant emails and phone calls, which was never answered and emails no reply I have given up but now warning all other do not use. They even had the cheek to send an automated message asking for feed back!!

Delighted I never bought anything. Made an enquiry on their contact form will full details, followed up with a phone call, left message. Tried twice more - same result, off to Plumb Centre, at least they respond.

I ordered a Whisper Grey seat to match my Whisper grey bathroom suite, when it arrived it was many shades darker, I have tried phoning but cannot get an answer, and I have emailed twice with no response. Terrible customer service. I will keep trying.

Arrived late & broken! Emailed their customer services, had no response. I wouldn't advise using them
