Received screen promptly. That is about all the good things I can say about this seller.

For anyone sceptical about this seller, although I DID get a refund, they will sell you a screen (in my experience, I ordered the LP125WF2-SPB2, just for context) that is *compatible*, but not the exact part model they list (I instead recieved LP125WF2-SPB1). I find this incredibly disingenuous as this screen is a specific older revision with defects I had reached out to them about, unaware of the serial change until closer inspection of images I had sent them. They did not admit to this themselves nor absolve any responsibility for this screen (when I brought this up, they put a little piece at the end saying they can sell a screen of 100% compatibility, which is rarely mentioned aside from on their website, but it also says that they should send one of equal quality, which they didn't.)

Anyway, so I recieved an incorrect screen, when I contacted the seller for a resolution, despite being a supplier not a repair company, they told me, that my screen (which was having ghosting issues) and uses the EDP connector (which is pretty much universal), was incompatible. The machine this was in was the x250 and there is overwhelming evidence on the firmware level and in general by just some smart googling that they are. It dissapoints me the lack of understanding of the underlying technology at this company and the unwillingness to accept when they get something wrong. If they had just acknowledged what they sold was bad I might've left a more positive review.

The seller will also hold an extended warranty *if* you rate them 5 stars, which I deem to be why their trustpilot page is incredibly overwhelmed with high level reviews, as the people who only notice it later are likely told its their problem not the sellers, and why they seem to have more and more ebay negative reviews coming up regularly.

I also want to note if you read this far, that if an ebay seller has 63000 listings for screens, they probably dont intend to sell the actual part for a majority of those. Be incredibly careful around sellers like these.

I had to replace the 17.3" screen of my Asus Rog laptop and wrote to them asking if their product would have fitted my needs.
The shipment to Italy was made a few hours after the payment was done. The spare part was exactly the same mounted by Asus.
Couldn't ask for more.

I bought a new
LED WXGA SCREEN FOR IBM LENOVO LTN141AT15 from Require IT. Unlike many other sellers who advertise branded screen but deliver lesser known 'compatible', my screen was a genuine Samsung panel. The price was extremely competitive too. It came very well packed and I had no problem installing it (I have never replaced a screen before !!). Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. I found what I thought was the correct laptop replacement screen on EBay but as this was a local company to me I messaged to see if I could call in person to make sure I did order the correct item. I also sent photos of laptop info sticker and of the bottom connection edge of my current screen whilst it was still in situ to see if that helped identify if I was looking at right item. I received a very prompt reply saying that I needed a different screen. I ordered that and received it 10.40am the next day (P&P included in price) Extremely well packaged, now installed and working, couldn't be happier, just wish I'd replaced months sooner! Highly recommend this company, service couldn't have been better.

I bought a replacement screen for Dell laptop (Inspiron 7720, 17 inch FHD 3D) from this company and I it was very positive experience from all sides: the product is exactly as described with all the details given n the item description, the product arrived very quickly (free delivery!! - good bonus) - next day delivery is super good. I am very satisfied, the screen was exactly as I needed (with all Dell part numbers matching) and was working as expected. Highly recommended!!

Needed a replacement screen for a Huawei matebook D14 and found Require IT through eBay. Their delivery was really quick and the price was good. I had the laptop repaired within an hour and was certainly cheaper than paying the excess on the home contents insurance. Would definitely recommend them

Require IT LTD, company is a first rate company to deal with, excellent communications , professional help and assistance in getting a replacement screen for my grandson's Acer Chromebook C731T. The Acer chrome apparently has two variant screens , one with 20mm plug and one with 25mm plug , Michael from Require IT Ltd , was able to tell me, which to have to suit the chrome book.
