I ordered a new screen for my Dell laptop. I very swiftly received a response from Kerry at Require IT Ltd., who very helpfully advised me that my particular model of laptop took a couple of different screens, and asked for part numbers from the labels on the rear. It turned out that the screen I had asked for was the wrong one, so I cancelled the order and they refunded my payment. I then reordered the correct one following their advice, and it was cheaper than the original one I'd ordered! Two days later it arrived in the morning. It was very well packaged, and the build quality of the screen (manufactured by LG) appeared superior to the existing Samsung screen. The image quality is also better. Very Happy! Thanks to their dilligence and brilliant communication, I received the correct product very swiftly, and it was higher quality than the original part. Highly recommended and a pleasure to deal with!

I purchased a screen for a lenovo X230 screen, however I needed a IPS screen which is the best of the best considering my little x230 is my favourite the IPS screen shows 16 million colours it's great.
Require IT LTD are a great company I ordered an LP125WH2(SL)(B3) IPS screen it came in a solid box and extremely well wrapped and then came in an anti static bag, very easy to install, took 2 days to come really fast delivery an though these type of panels are rare an superior well worth the price Require IT LTD also gave me a 3 month warranty for free product was brand new a great company and pleasure to deal with Require IT LTD.
