After purchasing a CHIMEI INNOLUX N173HHE-G32 120hz LCD screen for an upgrade from a 60-75hz LCD screen i was pleasantly surprised on how great the Customer Support was, very understanding and patient whilst i was waiting on other parts before i could test the screen out.

After Testing the screen and verifying it was a true CHIMEI INNOLUX N173HHE-G32 120hz screen, customer support still wanted to be updated on my project.

The delivery was fast as well, the item was wrapped correctly and protected well.

Due to how i have been treated as a Client which even A+ wouldn't be enough, i will be using them from now on for replacement screen.

Require IT came to my rescue when I needed a replacement to my Thinkpad P50 display. I found the suitable UHD display listed by them on eBay. Their service was very helpful and professional. They clearly know what they are doing, making sure I picked the correct version from a few LCD models available.

I ordered an iPad digitizer screen through ebay. Screen was well packed in bubble wrap and cardboard box and dispatched quickly. In fact I received package within a week and I live in Malta.
I highly recommend this company.

I ordered a new LCD via their eBay store to replace the broken one on my daughters laptop and it made a nice change that I was contacted straight away to confirm details of the broken screen so they could confirm compatibility (this saves everyones time being wasted if there would have been an issue) but everything was confirmed and I received the LCD the following day (in very protective packaging), within an hour my I had fitted the new LCD and my daughters laptop was back in use. I would not hesitate to use these guys again. Recommended

I bought a replacement screen for an 11-year old HP laptop from Require IT and am very happy with both the prompt service provided by this company and with the excellent condition of the screen, which was well packed before being posted. A thoughtful touch with the packing was the inclusion of a stiff clear plastic sheet over the screen which can be left in place to protect it while the replacement work is being done.

The price was lower than many other vendors and with next business day delivery too, I couldn't be happier. If I ever need another screen in future (and I have a number of laptops), I will definitely purchase from Requite IT again.

My MSI laptop screen was damaged and was gradually getting beyond the usability point. It's an old enough laptop, about 4.5 years old. Searching online found very little clear and obvious replacements for this particular model. I found one with Requite IT on their ebay store. Being a bit hesitant to be sure it would fit (since they were so hard to find anywhere) I messaged asking. Instead of coming back and saying Yes to close the deal easily, they asked to send some extra info to be able to confirm for sure. Always a good sign from any retailer online. Sent the info and was quickly told it was compatible. Ordered and received it without issue. Even in the midst of the pandemic it was sent out rapidly and arrived fairly quickly. Took me a bit of effort to install but worked perfectly and is clearly a quality product. It should also be mentioned that the price was quite a bit cheaper than the only other option I found online from a German company, almost half the price!
Very happy and would not hesitate to recommend them.
