After 12 months or so trying to resolve…
After 12 months or so trying to resolve multiple issues with RMS I found myself having to go through my numerous issues with Kareema Mohammed from customer services. Initially I was sceptical that any of these matter would be resolved as I had been there many times before. I am delighted to say that she has managed to address them all and has emailed me confirmation on all matters. I am extremely happy with Kareema's service and attention to detail.
