Customer service and owner repeatedly fail as does the product
Customer service try but ultimately fail to fix problems. Months of calls and emails including the owner failed to rectify basic problem with switches that fail to work with remote. Promises - chases - promises - chases - repeat forever. Don’t waste your time and money. Neither the product nor the service delivers.

Poor product and non-existent customer care!
Unfortunately after 2 years of using the beautiful switches of Retrotouch, we started having problems with all 3 gang units (gangs fall out). We had to also change two touch switches for one gang units, as the sensors were gone in no time.
The look is awesome, but the quality is very-very disappointing and substandard.
Tried contacting Retrotouch several times, they just do not get back to you. Customer care is non-existent! Do not go for them!
