Genuinely surprised with how smooth and intuitive the remote felt. Braking and acceleration have power but aren't jerky like other hub motors. Great build quality!

I have never been so satisfied with a product or a companies customer service.

The drives are a blast. I hooked up a 36" flat to my first and was zipping around everywhere. Started off in 1 to get used to the handle. It flies. Love it. Was chasing my son on his B**$%#D board up and down hills. Not a problem. I can hardly wait to get this thing set up for 4 wheeling and off roading; Sweet... I recommend it to anyone that wants their own solution.

Good product-Delivery time longer than stated

so the issue was that i ordered a kit from them and i ordered a certain set of wheels with it on the side and when it came i found out the wheels didn't fit.i told the person about the fact that i tried to confirm the size and shape of the wheel beforehand but at this point, they told me there was nothing they could do so its somewhat a disappointing experience to have to deal with this and change my setup last minute but there's nothing really that could have been done

Would be really great if they added more locations around cities, especially on heavy traffic cities.

Communication was good but was a little unclear about delivery timeline. Tracking didn't work but goods have arrived.

I would give zero if I could the front motor is defective sent a video and they just said to apply lube to it ... which I had already done and never responded back to that.
