I am displeased with this company and site everytime I go to login their site is always down and I had released of bunch of songs with big artist features which some of the songs got denied for no reason saying I needed to contact support and I did yet no email back from them since then even though I got copyright license signed agreements to prove I can release these songs with permission

REFUSAL TO PROVIDE SERVICES THAT WERE PAID FOR.
CAN'T KEEP THEIR WEBSITE ON-LINE.
LYING TO AND ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.
INVENTING IMAGINARY ROLES THAT ARE NOT IN THE FACT AND THEN REFUSING TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT THEM.

Worst customer service on the planet. Took my most important release of my career and put it on it's own page even though they have all the correct information like I did for EVERY OTHER RELEASE. Then when I get ahold of them, they tell me apparently no one else has problems with their release and that it was MY fault. Garbage people on the other side of the fence. If I could talk to an actual person instead of some keyboard tough guys, i'd love to give them a piece of my mind. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! BE WARNED! WORST DSP ON EARTH! They DO NOT care about your releases AT ALL. They treat you like a number. Wasted too much money on this garbage service.

I click on Send Payout but then it says Unclaimed and soon after: Returned.
My PayPal email is valid, so I can't understand what's the problem.
I will gladly modify this review after this is fixed, thanks!

Lies and shady practices. Stay away they will sell you a pre-recorded feature from a major artist and promise to distribute it thru revel distro. Then later claim you did artificial streaming with no proof. Then remove your album and keep the royalties. This is a scam and the entire industry is using bots and now fake features ripping off indie artists. They better hide out in Canada or wherever they are we coming for your head now. Mike Mania-Bond and Matthew Markoff are the names. Don't do business with these thiefs.

These mfs have taken down all my songs even tho i paid 2 subscriptions, they still have them marked as expired. DO NOT TRUST THESE MFS

I got my account locked and i can't even distribute singles and albums now, and they dont reply, i sent at least 4 tickets to at least know what is the problem ! i had a release waiting to be released last 7th of october but got locked .. still no response .. im giving them another chance to respond and i will have to suspend my accounts ..

I’ve never had a worse experience with a company ever. They take weeks to do processes that should take hours, they NEVER respond to support emails, they’re rude, they’re unprofessional, the list goes on. I genuinely hope they eventually face bankruptcy and the company dies. They’ve screwed over so many artists and don’t deserve to stay in business.

They don't pay and hold royalties. I released a song almost eight months ago and have received pennies, and they have withheld streaming information by not updating the artist dashboard as they falsely advertise. I am looking into legal action now. They can say whatever they want, but the numbers don't lie. So you can either pay now or later. It's up to you. They withhold royalties by not providing streaming data from all streaming services. I feel he is misusing the royalties by spending them on either himself or other debts he owes. This business should probably be fully audited and investigated. Either way, my songs are registered with my PRO. So you will have to account for what you have not paid, and your BS excuses won't work. I have people in Toronto who will most definitely be swinging by as this progresses.

If I could give a lower score I would. Customer service is nearly impossible to reach. It’s problems no other distribution have, one thing after another. Lack of communication and no care for customer service I recommend now anyone but Revel. Do yourself a favor and stick to the pros. These starting companies feels like it’s all handled overseas and out of someone’s garage just never again will I deal with them.

This company has stolen thousands of dollars from us personally. Suspends pay outs and refuses to take down material and continues to collect royalties on behalf of the artists hard work. They operate as a criminal enterprise. Taking advantage of musicians across the world & TBH it is atrocious and down right evil. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS SCAM. Micheal Mania-Bond the CEO's mission statement is 100% false. Claiming to help independent artists, but actually rob the little guys & hide behind terms & agreements that are scandalous. Hiding in the shadows of Thunder Bay, Ontario Canada these are vultures and predators of musicians that are under the belief that they will get valid distribution only to recieve their efforts & lives destroyed by this slimey disgusting company. THEY WILL NOT RESPOND. Artists need to come together unionize & take these international pirates out & hire lawyers in Canada and go on legal attack on these monsters. Karma is gonna hit these trash bags hard. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM. DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. DO NOT BE FOOLED. ROBBERS WITH PAPERWORK. END THE ABUSE OF INDEPENDENT ARTISTS!

The level of service here is minimal at best.

Use distrokid or Apple Music distribution or ditto or tunecore. Spare yourself the headache here

Would give a negative review if possible. They claim it takes 3-6 months for DSPs to release payments. I calculated how much I should get and they gave me a lot less. They take forever to answer emails. And customer service is awful and very rude and condescending. They wouldn't let me close my account and cash out. RUDE AF like I said they are TRASH

I am trying for 3 Months to get in a contact with the customer service about an issue occuring on their site which doesn't let me send out my draft they just don't seem to care

I have been contacting Revel Distro through their feedback icon and still no response. I have made several attempts to receive my payout and keep getting an error message stating payout failed. Not only have I not received payment for my work I am not receiving any correspondence from anyone from the company at all. I will no longer be using their services since they seem to operate business in an unprofessional manner. I advise anyone seeking distribution to seek it elsewhere!

Revel Distro is the real deal. I have hundreds of releases and use different DSPS and Revel's stream count and updates are super-fast and accurate. I pitched the song and it hit the algorithm perfect! 10,000 organic streams in 8 days

I need too know how too get paid out it’s not working

I’m having issues getting my payout every time I try to request it it keeps saying error contact support and I’ve sent an email and still haven’t gotten a response I have $45 just waiting for me that I can’t even access

Garbage, the Worst one Iv'e used yet, they wanted government Issued I'D ect to release a Mixtape 😂, I don't show my I'D to the Taxman never mind a halfcut distribution company

I really want to register to revel so I can release an album with really big features onnit, but distrokid won't let me even though I have a contract with said artists. I'm waiting for revel to respond to my requests to register
