I really want to register to revel so I can release an album with really big features onnit, but distrokid won't let me even though I have a contract with said artists. I'm waiting for revel to respond to my requests to register

They claim I was buying views whicg I never ever did,and now they refuse to contact me or tell me anything, and I have over 25 plus songs with them,but yet they deactivated my account but still got my songs on spotify???
I have a good following with a decent amount of subscribers and even articles about my music and they won't even respond to me..it was good at first,but now they up to something shady..

UPDATE: Since reading Revel's response after contacting them countless of times, what they're saying is flaw. I have payed out with them before for the same song and I got my money sent through paypal, these distributions are out here taking artist's revenue and I'm not the only victim.

This distro has stolen royalties from me, I've contacted the CEO of this distribution but he's ignoring my messages, they won't let me cash out whatever remains I have left but it is what it is lol

Revel Distro is very poor in service. They don't get your music to all platforms as they advertise. And they do not respond. Simple platforms too like YouTube. Pandora as well. I have been messaging them via their website and emailing them for weeks with no response. Take your money elsewhere. Revel cannot provide the services they advertise. Real rip off artists.

There okay, i like that they are based out of Canada, but i agree the ticket system is not easy keeps saying error try again later, 2 releases of mine never made it to some stores and payments are kind random, by music law we are suppose to get paid before or by the 20th every month after the grace period of 45-70days
seems like great company, they are just starting out so just like any business they got to work the kinks out, so i am going to stick with them always try to be the first loyal artist Lucki Ticket the name and other then contacting them being difficult not bad guys, i would recommend checking them out. the stores they deliver to as well is very impressive.

When you have issues, good luck sorting them out, when you email them 9 times out of 10 they wont reply, it is frustrating,

If there is something wrong with your uploads they wont email you to let you know,

It is a shame because I like the way the website functions,

Ticket system??? I have been looking for it for three days now, there is no such thing.

Bit odd that all of the reviews were within a 24 hour period? Tried this site, still trying to completely remove a track from distribution. Followed instructions, works sometimes (the ACTION to remove a song from distribution) and not others. Unlike others 'reviewing' this site, which seemed positive in respect to most things, including feedback, I tried to contact them via email and via the feedback in their own apparatus. No response whatsoever, no support. Looks impressive, seems ok but best of luck trying to communicate with the company to resolve any issues. Addendum ... OK ... kudos to the Revel Distro team for getting in touch after this review, will accept in good faith the staffing issues mentioned so have amended rating to reflect response.
