I order a watch from this site and I can tell you one thing there false advertising because the watch I ordered looked nothing like the picture they are advertising and its really upsetting the watch is trash it’s so trash I put it on let go for free don’t give these people your money it looks like the watches they be selling at the beauty supply store for $10 to 15 dollars

Took money out my account with out permission and they said on phone I registered don’t even remember got no emails

Same as others here, nothing received after a week, item shipped just the day after I requested cancellation. They refuse to refund the money, I will have to try and claim through Paypal. Do not use this site, it is not legit.

We have been a customer for about 18 months and always been happy with the level of service received. Yesterday I have a live chat with Alice requesting some support. I couldn’t have been happier with the speed and efficiency in which my request was dealt will.

Had a new boiler fitted, Jason's work is efficient and good, clearing up after his work. Couldnt tell he had been there.Everything is working correctly and it is lovely to have hot water and central heating now.

reviews.co.uk is just a review farming site and system. Only customers can leave reviews and potential customers are ignored.
So if you check the reviews website, also check google or other sites as these are also including missed potential customers. Unlike reviews.co.uk, as these are only from happy customers.

This blocks any honest negative reviews, it does not therefore show you the truth about the company

Its a scam review site where they refuse to let through negative votes and can thereby assure scam dealers they will always get good, if a little phoney, reviews. Wouldnt trust them as far as I could throw them.

Haven't despatched my order but claim they've sent it to MyHermes which they definitely have not. They have now started to ignore my emails and the telephone line is constantly engaged. £53 down the drain. DO NOT USE THESE CRIMINALS

Ordered a personalized Cleveland Browns Jersey. The quality was absolutely horrible. The orange strip on the side of the sleeve were required different colors on each side, the one strip was a good half inch off from meeting up with the other side. The letters in the last name was crooked. It honestly looked like something my 9 year old child could have put together better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on these!!!! The quality of the material was actually pretty good, but the stuff on it was horrible. I ordered another one for a different child from the NFL website, that had the same exact description as on this website, and the two didn't even come close to matching up. They do have wonderful consumer service though and I was able to receive a refund after paying to ship it back, so they get an A+ for something atleast.

Think I've been conned. Ordered with 3 to 6 day delivery to be sure for xmas. Nothing received 8 days later! Automated email conversion and suddenly they've been shipped? But tracking number not recognised.And now telling me 10-15 day delivery

There is a lot of negative feedback on these guys, but I had a wonderful exprerience with them. They have great customer service, and the jersey I ordered also looks so good. I'd use them again for sure. Keep in mind though, that they do ship out of Hong Kong.
