They won't let me leave a negative view…

They won't let me leave a negative view primarily because sports direct pay there bills hence why they always have good reviews, I trusted them once before and that solicitor turned out to be one of the worst in the country

Absolute joke of a company.

Absolute joke of a company.
I wrote a review about a business there. During the review, they clipped the text I wrote and made it sound completely different.

STAY WELL CLEAR !!!

I ordered an item from Ebay which has since been removed due to their violation rules.
After purchase, the incorrect address label was placed on the item resulting in it being delivered elsewhere.
Seller contacted....no response.
Seller telephoned on number listed on website.....no response.
Ebay have now been asked to step in as I have had no response from the seller whatsoever.
I wish I would have read the reviews before spending my money, lesson learned.
Take my advice, stay well clear of this awful company.

Incompetant and unapproachable

My real experience using reviews.io is bad. They mixed up my company with another and I have been receiving one star reviews. Previous to the mixup we were on five stars. They took money from my account without previous warning, and contacting a live body is impossible. To say they are bad at customer service is an understatement.

Scam Site

Their business model seems to operate around flooding your brand with fake / spam reviews, thus forcing you to sign up to manage them. The support staff don't engage and they show no interest in combating the problem.

Completely unacceptable billing practices and customer service

This company incorrectly applied VAT to our invoices. I notified them more than a week ago, and they promised to look into it. Since then, radio silence.

To make matters worse, today they went ahead and pulled the erroneous charge from our bank account anyway. When I contacted them again, they tried to play innocent — “we reached out to you two days ago, did you get our email?” Yes, I did: it was an upselling email pushing me to upgrade my subscription plan. Absolutely nothing about fixing the billing error.

When pressed again, their customer support simply shrugged it off and said they would “pass my message to the billing team.” More delays, more stonewalling.

This is incompetence coupled with a complete lack of concern for their customers. If they can’t get basic billing right or even acknowledge mistakes honestly, why should anyone trust them with more?

Scam

Terrible service! Once you create an account if you don’t pay for an account your page gets flooded with fake reviews and there’s no way to combat it.

Credible review platform

Surprised at the negative reviews as I find it a good review platform which doesn't censor reviews the way TP does.

I use it far more frequently that tp and find it more credible for that very reason.

Do not support them

Cancelling the trial version which is supposedly free for two week costed me the full price of another month. Do not support such practices, this is absolutely unethical behavior.

Reviews. io Protects Companies, Not Customers

I tried to leave a genuine review for a company I bought from, but Reviews. io made it nearly impossible. Despite being a real customer, my honest feedback was filtered or ignored, while only glowing reviews were shown. It feels like Reviews. io protects businesses instead of customers, allowing companies to hide negative experiences and mislead buyers. This platform is not transparent or trustworthy. I wouldn’t recommend relying on Reviews. io for honest reviews.

Many reviews are just promoting other websites

I looked at this website to check on a company which recommends contractors and traders. Many of the reviewers were just promoting other websites, mainly those which promise to get your money back if you've had a problem with a business. I wouldn't trust any of these - clicking a link could be very risky.
Obviously the reviews aren't checked at all; it basically comes across as a site full of ads.
I'll stick to Trustpilot as I don't see those kind of reviews on here.
