Fake reviews made to influence to fall for scams

I’m extremely disappointed by this platform’s biased behavior. I shared my genuine experience—one that was entirely positive—and they promptly deleted it. Meanwhile, they continue to host and highlight reviews promoting another platform that appears to have paid for favorable exposure.

Worse yet, they removed all of the 60 positive reviews was posted about a reputable service many clients truly benefited from one platform I enjoyed the service, but left active posts containing emails and websites for competing platforms. This blatant conflict of interest suggests their moderation is guided by financial incentives rather than a commitment to honest, transparent feedback. It’s a clear sign that they’re not interested in genuine user experiences, only the ones that line their pockets.

I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. This one simply can’t be trusted.

What a joke this so called "reviews" site is! I tried to post a negative review of Evri, and it wouldn't let me submit it..somebody else had the same problem as well..seems like they are far from being an impartial site! I know Evri pays for some reviews, I have to laugh when I read the apparent "satisfied customers" comments, any one who has actually had to deal with this car crash of a company knows the reality! And now another one that is supposed to be a reveiw site that won't let you post reveiws!

Reviews on this site cannot be trusted, the companies that are being reviewed on this site are the ones in control. companies with extremely bad reputations on trustpilot for example are getting amazing positive reviews on this site. the companies are supplying their own reviews. take no notice, it's a scam.

Sorry to have to say it but this seems like a scam and for no reason that I can see, seems like many agree with a scam site.

I was with reviews for around four years. I emailed them to cancel auto renewal as I wasn’t using the service enough. They still took the money out and I had a really fight to get it back. It’s was only when they made me removed any evidence of having reviews from my site that they would refund me. This means the money and time spend collecting my company reviews was a complete waste, as when you leave the service you lose all the reviews you have collected. Very disappointed with this company and the treatment I received having to fight to get my money refunded. If I knew the reviews couldn’t be kept once you have left the service, I wouldn’t have signed up in the start. I earned those reviews they shouldn’t be taken away.

Frustrating and Misleading Subscription Cancellation Process

My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing, especially regarding their subscription cancellation process. Despite following all the steps and providing clear notice of cancellation, I was still charged for another billing cycle.

Even worse, they confirmed that they had received my cancellation request but failed to terminate the subscription as expected. The process feels deliberately confusing, with unnecessary confirmation emails and unclear instructions designed to complicate cancellation.

As someone who specializes in subscriptions and online end-user experience, I can confidently say that this approach is not only misleading but also undermines customer trust. Transparency is key in subscription services, and unfortunately, this company falls short.

I would advise anyone considering their services to be cautious, especially when it comes to managing or canceling subscriptions. A smoother, more honest process is essential for maintaining customer loyalty, and sadly, that was not my experience here.

It would be less than one star. Terrible customer support arbitrarily removes genuine reviews. Totally run by AI. Dangerous to trust them.

My business was given a negative review from a person who has never been a customer/client.
reviews.io will happily publish fake negative reviews by anyone and everyone but won't allow a right to reply to negative or positive reviews unless the business pays to subscribe - that's extortion.
They're a grubby parasite that survives solely on other people's businesses and hard work.

Horrific platform apparently. Has been emailing us about a complaint regarding a company that has a similar name to one of our subsidiaries and makes it nigh on impossible to contact them and raise our concerns.

Clearly a fake review website - it appears their business model is to create fake reviews of reputable businesses (usually with positive reviews on Trust Pilot) to lure them in to their premium plan in order to magically bring on more positive reviews. This company is a joke and not sustainable. They will be found out!

Extremely inconsistent service. Occasionally there is someone who responds well but mostly questions are unanswered or only part of an answer is given. There is always a different respondent. The technical side of the site failed (site wide I was told) so that no reviews were sent for a lengthy period over our peak of Christmas. No apology. Info given has been incorrect. Generally just very poor on all aspects of service and delivery with an occasional individual being ok. We will definitely not be renewing after a year of frustration.

The company can delete bad reviews!! Total fake, follow trustpilot or google, i had a very bad experience with a company , and on trustpilot they are rated1.9, here 4,7, what is this? If you look at the site companis can subscribe and delete bad comment

So I looked at their page initially because I wanted to read the comments on a first aid product supplier. I found it quite suspicious, so I entered my home town in the search and couldn't find any legitimate business that was reviewed. In fact, I had a company that said it is a village. My home town is a major city in the south of England. There is not 1 company that trades here on their site. But about 10 companies that have never traded from here. Seriously, try it with your home town where you know the legitimate businesses.

The only review site that isnt flooded with gake reviews like Trustpilot is.
