After six month with this company as a contractor I can only say positive. Great diverse community, communication with management is easy and there are no micromanagement which is a huge + for me. Paycheck always comes in time, without any issues observed. There are also many opportunities to improve and stay within their high quality metrics to deliver the best work to a client.

I have been working with this company for almost eight months, and my experience has been very positive. The company culture is interactive, enjoyable, and balanced. I have never felt overwhelmed by the workload or pressured with unrealistic expectations.

We have weekly meetings where team members discuss projects, engage with one another, and sometimes play games, which helps create a friendly and connected working environment. Since the roles are contractual, the availability of work depends mainly on the client and the specific project. Some projects offer a steady workload, while others may have fewer tasks. The company places a strong emphasis on quality rather than simply completing a high number of tasks. Project leads and reviewers are supportive and helpful, especially when explaining guidelines or answering questions. Good-quality work that follows the project guidelines is also recognized and appreciated.

I've worked with several well-known AI training companies over the past three years, but RemoExperts has been my best experience so far.

What makes them different is that they genuinely care about their contributors. From onboarding to production and beyond, you're never left on your own. The support from Project Managers and the entire team has always been amazing.

Unlike many companies that treat contributors as temporary resources, RemoExperts treats people with respect and values them as individuals. You feel heard, appreciated, and connected. Working here feels less like working for a company and more like being part of a supportive community.

They also never compromise on quality, which says a lot about their professionalism. For me, the combination of high standards and genuine care for people is what makes RemoExperts stand out.

A Great Company to Work With
I have been with this company since November 2025, and my experience has been very positive. They offer friendly and empathetic communication, and it is clear that they care about and respect their collaborators.

At the beginning, the tests are simpler, which I found very interesting because their evaluation system works like a staircase. As you progress through each level, the difficulty gradually increases, and this approach helps improve the chances of succeeding in the next stages.

Even in these details, it is noticeable that the company strives to be fair with its collaborators.

I recommend RemoExperts to people who already have experience in the AI field.

Despite a long onboarding process, once I was a part of the team, the culture and work environment were second to none in the AI industry, with incredibly kind leaders with patience and compassion for us, no matter our experiences and life stories. Sometimes the work is arduous, sometimes there is no work at all, but it is not their fault and they are always accommodating and understanding when issues come up.

The team is really great and we work towards a common goal. There's something about prioritizing humanity over results that goes beyond working as an AI trainer. I feel truly comfortable working at Abaka. The only downside is that work availability isn't consistent. Besides that, it's a great company to work for.

Amazing Work Community

I've been working in Abaka for 7 months now, and I have nothing but praises for it. Everyone is so engaged, kind, intelligent, and welcoming. The management, leads, and trainers are really warm. It has been a rewarding experience until now.

- Payments messy to peruse in Rex since they're grouped by time entry. Would be nice to be able to customize time groupings (per day, per week).

I've been working with this company for several months now, and it has been a great experience. The application process was not very clear but the overall experience is fully human-centered, with no AI interviews and a lot of feedback that helps you actually grow with the company. It's a very supportive and friendly team, with great leadership.

I have been working in the AI training industry for the last four years, and have been part of RemoExperts since October 2025. If you are familiar with this industry, you know that these challenges are not uncommon in the early stages and may be the reason behind some of the lower reviews. I can reassure anyone considering joining the company that RemoExperts is legitimate, in operation, and not a scam despite some occasional glitches with the onboarding quizzes and the Persona verification process.

We have genuine people, real clients, and meaningful projects. RemoExperts continues to build a community where individuals can refine their human intelligence data annotation skills while growing their professional careers with purpose. I have worked in this type of industry for over three years, and this has been, by far, the best place to call "home."
