I began my first steps with this company in November 2025, and I can safely say that Abaka is one of the most human-centered companies in this field. From day one, and until this very moment, the focus has always been on empowering people, making them feel valued, respected, and heard. This is something I can confidently say is very rare in the AI training field based on my experience with multiple companies over the years.

Here, people are not treated as just numbers on a spreadsheet. Every voice is listened to, every perspective is considered, and everyone is encouraged to contribute with all their thoughts and ideas, and the leads always do their best to make every passing day an opportunity for growth.

On top of that, Abaka has brought together some of the most talented people from around the world. Despite the diversity of cultures, backgrounds, and ideas, the community is defined by an exceptional level of respect, collaboration, and genuine support for one another. It's a truly special environment to be part of.

Working with this company has been great experience. Management is friendly and transparent, which creates a really positive working environment.

What really stands out is their commitment to the community. Since the company is still relatively new, you can also see that they're constantly improving and actively looking for ways to make the experience even better. I'd definitely recommend it.

Great leadership group. They genuinely care about creating a great environment. The programme managers care about making sure that all the requirements are met.

Once you are accepted into a project, the experience is great! The team is genuinely excited about what they do. The application process isn't always clear, but they worked on improving the website recently and made things easier to understand. It's a young company that is growing fast, and it's cool to see them take feedback from reviews like these and employees to make things better.

The community is the best thing about my experience with Remoexperts so far, they have a human first approach which is visible in how they manage people and tasks as well. I will definitely recommend Remoexperts to anyone as it’s definitely a place to be.

Good company, communicative team leads, decent rates.

This is a very human-oriented company, I have had nothing but an amazing experience in all my interactions.

I mistakenly input a wrong verification code and my personal verification was rejected. Since March I have been sending emails to support seeking assistance but not even a single response after 4 emails. I am based in South Africa, passed the entry exam with a score of 97.22% and I used my passport for my ID verification. I truly expected that support would help as l believe the mistake made does not warrant persona verification failure without being even a few more attempts

I don't know if any other AI-training company has this many USPs
1. Fully remote
2. Human centric Approach (no ridiculous AI interviews)
3. Close knit team
4. 24×7 community and Admin support
5. No politics

Only downside:
Some drops in work once every few weeks

I have not seen any new updates and most of my applications have been on pending February - May. No new jobs to apply for.

Same here... You have to answer 24 questions on kindergarten level that are impossible to not get right. But then the last task (placing boxes around all 4 tomatoes, a garlic bulb, and 2 onions) didn't load or work correctly, 'cause only 1 box could be placed. So, besides having poor, confusing instructions, this last task simply can't be completed. I'm definitely sure I can draw boxes around different items and label them, if only their AI lets me... Scam, not worth your time!!

I worked on five campaigns over 6 months even being promoted to a reviewer for one pilot project. The coworkers are friendly and meetings have a fun vibe. Leadership tends to show signs of passiveness and lacks assertive or clear communication. Sudden off-boarding with no communication aside from an email that landed in my spam folder was less than anyone deserves. Each member from reviewers to the lead chose to avoid my communications rather than address me. Tread lightly my friends & please believe me when I say there are bigger projects worth double beyond their grasp. ✌🏼

Very good company and always give the best

The application process is ridiculous. I am a seasoned professional and a successful engineer who graduated from a university overseas decades ago. They want you not only to submit a résumé, but also somehow obtain an evaluated diploma from abroad for a part-time job. I’ve worked in the US as an engineer for years and never needed that before. How stupid can this be?

They got me to do an hour exam that I got a 96% on because they're AI auto rejected it, they're quite obviously looking for free work without paying for it it's pathetic

I have my persona verification being process since April. I am from Nigeria and I am starting to think this might be the reason. It is sad though because I scored 100% in the exam and I used my passport photograph for my identity verification. I can't be more real than this. I would have loved to log this complaint with support but support never ever respond. The company looked like it had some prospect but now I just don't know.

It's been an absolute pleasure working with RemoExperts. A lot of care has been put into both the work and the working environment. There are real opportunities to grow for those who consistently meet expectations. And it's truly a flexible working environment. Though there are generally an expected number of hours per week, I've never felt pressure to log in at a time that is inconvient for me, which is very important to me as the parent of two busy teens. I'm very grateful to be a part of the contractor team.

This is the best remote company I have worked for so far. The team spirit is excellent because everyone is ready to help when you hit a snag. It makes working from home feel less like an island and more like a real community.
