The team at Rex Gooding were very responsive and were very patient with my barrage of questions. End to end process was very slick whilst keeping that personal touch. Shout out to Jackie for being patient with me and being super helpful throughout.

The property that I rented was handed over to me in great condition and was very comfortable. I never had an issue getting repairs or maintenance done when needed, and they were always completed in a timely manner.
Communal areas of my property were well maintained, including the car parking and garden area.
Staff working at Rex Gooding were consistently polite, helpful and efficient, particularly the head of property manager.
Ending my tenancy was made smooth and easy for me and I felt that final inspection and inventory were conducted fairly.

I have viewed a property with Rex Gooding today and they have been fantastic; really friendly and professional. We have viewed two properties with them. The viewings were well organised and all our questions were answered. The application process for the property was online and easy to complete. Our latest viewing was done by Emma Sanderson, who was really lovely and answered all of my questions. I also dealt with Reah Brownlow who organised the viewing for us and helped us complete the application process. Can’t speak highly enough of both of them. A real credit to their estate agency.
