Product as described, delivery on time. No quibbles whatsoever, great product. I can use my Bose dock without my iPod since it gave up the ghost. Brilliant and very recomendable.

Not exactly fit for purpose. Item didn't arrive for a week - Emailed and received a replacement - so it took two weeks to finally arrive. When it did arrive it wasn't exactly fit for purpose. Described as a replacement cable for Sennheiser HD25 Headphones but it doesn't fit properly and is very short after fitting. Genuine Sennheiser cable has one of the speaker cables longer in order to fit within the headband. Very disappointed.

Had an issue with an item which they dealt with swiftly and efficiently. Great customer service. Would definitely recommend them to all.

I ordered my package on the 14th of February and it is now at the time of this review, the 7th of march. Needless to say, i should have received my package long ago. Thankfully their support team have been decent at staying in contact with me and trying to get the problem resolved but at this point i'm not sure that it is going to be.

Very unsatisfied customer here.

Contacted them about replacement for a faulty product (they do not last long) - they were originally willing, and asked for my paypal/delivery address. When I sent it to them, they'd always pretend they didn't receive my messages - then eventually just stopped replying.

Great piece of kit! Turns my Bose Acousti-Comfort 10s into bluetooth headphones at a snip - no hassle and instant functioning - great fro walking!

Terrible customer service. After tracking my order on Royal Mail site and seeing that it had been delivered to their Norwich DO, I double checked the delivery address on order and then contacted via email and despite giving all the details, was asked to check with other members of my household if it had been delivered. I resent the details and have had no further communication from them since, despite chasing.

Quality of those bose comfort QC35 was excellent and easy to install. Bought from sweden so shipment was fast aswell! Good jon and probably in near future i will buy something else.

It's ironic that you are asking for feedback about a product that was promised delivery in 2-4 days and here I am 11 days later and still waiting for it.

So far I am not impressed by your service.
