Item was not compatible despite description
Purchased the cable in the hope that the quality would be far superior to cables costing £1 or £2 the cable received was a very bad fit and would not make a connection to the remote. In fact it was tried on two controllers but failed on both. The company were very quick to resolve my issue and because of this I would use again. Incidentally I purchased a cheap cable £1.10 which has worked faultlessly

Great costumer service
I have bought a replacement cable for headphones through the internet site fruugo, fruugo's costumer service was not to much help, but Reytid has great customer service, and is very helpfull. And the costumer service is very good even though a didn't bought the item directly from Reytid.
The only downside is that I haven't yet received the item I bought, it is going to arrive little late, but it is my impression that it would get solved soon.
An overall satisfied costumer.
