Doesn't hold a charge and connection is poor when it does. Have replaced with another vendor's product.
I would not recommend.

Above was my initial review of the product. Since then Reytid have been proactive in their customer service. Contacted me, tried to resolve the technical issue, and then offered a full refund.
I was impressed with the reaction, and based on this will use them again when I need one of their products. For a low cost product bought on-line, this is excellent service.

It’s been 2 weeks and no sign of my delivery or a response from customer service about where my order is!

Terrible Bluetooth for headphones.does not work as intended. Useless

I bought a second hand Chrome Book, which was very good value, and was delivered quickly with good notification of date and time. Although the price indicated that the product was second-hand it didn't actually say so nor its condition on the website, or at least it wasn't obvious to me. Also it came with, what I think is, a US plug rather than a UK one so I had to change that. That said it works very well and does exactly what we wanted of it and is in tidy enough condition to be very acceptable for the price. I would definitely buy again from here but urge anyone looking at the website to check very carefully for the specification and condition of what they are looking at.

Product seems to be good quality and fit straight into the headphones. Haven’t worn them yet so can’t comment on how they feel.

Was okay but was missing rechargeable battery

I did not receive my stuff
They had a print boff from Royal Mail saying it was delivered but not to me.
They refused to answer there phones aloe even reply to any of the messages left in there answer machine asking them to call me.
They won’t even put a dispute in with Royal Mail.
THEY DONT CARE
They have nearly £400 of mine and really don’t care be aware

Item didn't turn up. I gave a year besusevthe refunded my money.

I got the mix amp as a replacement and it works perfectly, it was delivered in a really good time frame, and I would definitely recommend. Thanks is again

Fast delivery

Quality is good it’s just not the same as the beats there not as soft have to take them off after a while as makes my ears ache

The product that I ordered fulfilled my expectations and arrived by standard mail within a few days of purchase.

Very good stuff

Replacement cable for headphones was longer and thicker than expected and as such made using with mobile more annoying. 4/5 works with my pc just fine, even if it’s a little heavier than original cable.
Edit: 6 days later the headphone cable has broken, awaiting contact from customer support for replacement/refund.
