This is the third time we have used Mary for our mortgage and we honestly cant recommend her enough! We feel so at ease with Mary, she is so down to earth, so understanding, so knowledgable, full of advice and she takes all the stress out of the mortgage side and explains things so simply! Each time we have moved she has been able to work her magic and has found us a fantastic mortgage deal, she listens to our mortgage needs and we have the greatest relationships with her. Nothing is ever too much trouble and she is always at the end of the phone if we have ever needed her, we love her so much we have recommend her to family and friends who she has also been able to help. Mary has become more of a friend over the years than our mortgage advisor and we are so lucky to have found her to help us with all of our house moves.

The whole experience has been straight forward from start to finish, we have been updated regularly and given the best advice throughout and with the provider that was recommended we received cash back. From start to finish, Janda at Right First Time was an absolute star. We went to her for a buy to let and a residential mortgage. I was anxious about how the two would work together, and of course we needed the relevant insurances and life covers to go with these. Janda took care of all of this and explained everything in easy to understand language. She also set up a WhatsApp group for us, so we were able to ask her questions anytime we needed to. We are now settle into our new home and could not be happier with the service received, will definitely be back when it’s time to remortgage!

Mary has been nothing short of a life saver - I was thrown in at the deep end with not much time to sort a mortgage, and Mary swooped in like an angel and I had my offer accepted within a week. Not only did she get me an amazing mortgage, she’s been liasing with my vendors to push things through and without her help I don’t think this would be happening as quickly as I need it to !
She’s personable, professional and efficient, and always at the end of the phone (or text, which is very fortunate for me as I work very strange hours where it’s not always possible to phone!)
