As a first time buyer Mary was very helpful in explaining the whole process from start to finish. She was always available on the end of the phone whether it was a quick question or help with solicitors paperwork. Even when the mortgage offer was secured and in place and money transfered she was always happy to help with anything, even if it wasn't related to the mortgage but related to other aspects of the purchase. I look forward to speaking again with Mary when it's time to re mortgage in 5 years.
