An invaluable service carried out in a very professional and courteous manner at very short notice.

We called RFW Plumbing and Heating after a leak meant our gas supply was suspended. At very short notice Richard visited our house and carried out an initial investigation which meant channeling under our flooring to find the source of the leak. Due to dampness the inward pipe had corroded at join by our back door.

Dave came out the next day to take the pipe back to a healthier point where he could reconnect it via making a new thread and our supply could be opened up again.

We are so very grateful for the work that Rich and Dave put in to get us up and running again. Thank you so much for the incredible job you performed.

Great service from RFW and I would highly recommend them

Our boiler was leaking, fitter came round on a Monday and checked it out. Found seceral issues with it. Turns out we needed new boiler as the boiler was over 14 years old. Richard came round the same day and went through the boiler options. New boiler fitted the following Monday. The fitters left everything tidy and showed how the boiler worked. Very efficient service from RFW and would recommend them.

They did a fantastic job with the new heating system I really can’t fault them. The team turned up on time each morning and worked hard throughout the day, they were very professional and friendly and also cleaned up after themselves! We look forward to a cosy winter!

Greg, A new member of the team from RFW, came and did a quick neat job of recessing a boiler gas pipe feed into the wall for our new kitchen installation. While he was on site, he kindly did a thorough and much-needed boiler service, so full marks for RFW. Most definitely will use their services again!!

Richard and Dave were brilliant from start to finish. Have completed 2 jobs for me having to really fix other people making a mess of the job in the first place before the property was mine. First installed a secondary water tank in loft and second was to repair both my ensuite and main bathroom showers which were leaking and making marks on kitchen ceiling.
Richard & Dave must have had to take 20 calls from me because everything they tried didnt seem to stop the leak. The continually came around in great timescales and in the end fixed the issues for me whilst re-sealing lots of times with real expertise.
Would i recommend these guys - definitely.
If i need new work doing from now on they will do any fitting and new work whether water or gas and will always use them for maintenance as far more reasonable that anyone else + their workmanship excellent.

After advising us of all the options for fitting a new gas boiler Richard gave us a prompt and detailed quote. His team arrived as arranged and successfully liaised with British Gas for the gas supply alterations. They worked hard every day and were quiet and respectful. The pipe work is very neat and we are totally pleased with the job.

RFW replaced our old boiler. They arrived when they said they would, the team were friendly and efficient and respectful of our home. There were no surprises and the job was completed to a very high standard on time. We would have no hesitation in recommending RFW.

For our 4-bedroom house we were considering the installation of a new central heating boiler and radiators to replace the 31 year old gas-fired standard arrangement, which was still going strong. The advice given by RFW at this stage was invaluable. With enormous patience, the options for system types and their controls were explained in the considerable level of detail that we required. The implications of the various choices were also explained, as were the practical details of installation of each type of system. Thereafter, communications with RFW regarding clarifications and quotation were rapid and straightforward.
The installers arrived when they said they would (to the second) and did a faultless job. We were especially impressed by the way that they dealt with problems that had been built into the original installation, and are very pleased with our new system boiler and its intelligent controls.

Richard and his guys were excellent for my new boiler installation. They were all brilliant, so clean and tidy, friendly and polite, I hardly knew they were there. I would have no hesitation in recommending RFW plumbing and top of my "Recommend a Plumber" List.

I approached RFW after finding them on the Worcester Bosch website (Our boiler (Glow worm) had failed too many times and was becoming a real headache). They were local to me but I was still dubious about dealing with a company I knew nothing about. Spoke with Richard on Monday and he came out to see us quickly. They were busy but managed to fit us in. While he was there I also mentioned that we needed some work doing on our new extension which involved kitchen waste pipes and a bathroom, 1st and 2nd fix. A young chap called Sam turned up on the first day with Richard and the work carried out was of an excellent standard. I don't often say it but I was really impressed with everything they did, there was no cutting of corners and where ever possible they hid the pipes. They are yet to come back for the 2nd fix of the bathroom (waiting for me) but I am confident I will be happy again. Fast, excellent quality of work, clean, trustworthy and a fair price.

We were looking for a plumber who could fit a large area of underfloor heating and fit a new downstairs cloakroom. Richard and his colleagues were the ultimate professionals, right from the initial consultation and quote through to completion of the work. It can often be a lottery trying to find a reliable trades person but we would not hesitate to recommend RFW.

We have no hesitation of recommending this company.
Richard was out the same day to inspect and give us a quote.
We only had to wait one working day to have the boiler installed which was a bonus.
The Two guys that came were clean tidy and very respectful. Every effort was made to keep the house clean and tidy. The job was complete in a day and full instructions of how to use.
When the two guys left it was really like they had never been except a new boiler was working away.
