Rich and his team were recommended and we are so glad we chose them to fit our new boiler. They encountered a couple of big problems with the old pipework but none of it was an issue for them, and they worked long hours to make sure it was sorted. Phoned RFW as we needed them to do a gas safety certificate. We didn't have an appointment booked but they managed to issue the certificate the same day. Polite, professional and good price.

I have been using RFW Plumbing for 7 years now for boilers and plumbing and they have never let me down, Richard and his team are extremely professional and have replaced several boilers in my rental properties over the years and attended emergency call outs for gas leaks etc and are a very reliable company.

Ive used Rich and his team at RFW on a couple of occasions firstly for a brand new heating system, and more recently for installation of a new ensuite and down stairs cloakroom. On both occasions I found them to be extremely reliable, hard working, and did a fantastic job. I'd highly recommend RFW to anyone liooking for a professional , quality job.

Can't recommend RFW Heating enough. Really prompt service and fixed my boiler despite it being overdue for retirement and presenting as deceased. It now lives to see another day which is a massive relief. Will be using this company for a new boiler when my very very old boiler finally joins the other old boilers in boiler heaven. Richard and his team fitted a new boiler for me about six years ago, it was neat job with very tidy pipe work. They service it annually and are very thorough, always clean up afterwards. The team are always friendly and reliable.

I have relied on RFW for the past three years.
I initially came across RFW having just moved in my new house in the middle of December only to find that the boiler was broken.
Richard visited the house and offered great suggestions and was able to help at reasonably short notice. RFW installed a new boiler which they service every year. I have since asked RFW to fix a leak that appeared elsewhere in the house, install external taps and move a radiator.
Each time, it was easy to get quotes and arrange dates with Richard and Sam's work is great. Sam is careful around the house bringing protective material for the carpets and he is polite and always on time. Sam knows the house well now so he is able to recommend better ways of achieving what I want, in a more cost and time effective way.
I am very grateful for their help and hope to have RFW help me with all my plumbing issues for many years to come.

I first used this company in 2009 to advise on and install a new boiler system whilst living in Winchester. No fuss, sound advice, very professional, I have used them ever since for all my plumbing, servicing, emergencies and even guttering. Very attentive which is most reassuring when dealing with any trades people. I now live in Lee-On-Solent and they have also helped my 82 year old Mum who lives in Farnham, Surrey so they cover a wide area. I would recommend them to anyone

Richard and his team have provided service above and beyond the norm over many years for my family. They are always accessible on the day of the call and respond with appropriate speed depending on the task in hand. Recently when I had a leaking dishwasher they were here within the hour. Be it large scale jobs like a replacement bathroom or small as in fixing the boiler timer switch I know I can rely on their timing and professionalism.
