Fantastic service and great customer care.
Order was placed for a replacement American fridge freezer and delivery dates were available immediately including the next day. Arrived within the time allocated (3hr window) and was handled with care. The 2 man team where polite and helpful and happily unpacked the new appliance and removed my old one (was a charge of £49) but worth every penny. Fantastic service and was called and emailed immediately after the drop off to ensure I was happy and no damage to my home or new appliance before rhe delivery was signed off. 5*

We had a washing machine delivered and installed
We had a washing machine delivered and paid to have this installed. The delivery team struggled to plumb the product in, causing a leak into the cabinet and on the floor. When we finally managed to speak with someone at the office we were promised that the delivery team would come back that day and fix. However, we had no correspondence from anyone, at RGB and no visit, upon chasing later in the day and messages left, still no courtesy call. To make matters worse, the leak has now caused our sink cabinet to swell and the door will not close.
Please do not pay for the service to be installed at any cost, it isn’t worth the hassle and they really don’t want to know when there’s a problem.

RGB made everything simple with getting the go ahead to getting my new hoover one phone call told it was not repairable
Got an appliance list got to choose new hoover that was simple they said they would deliver next day I wasn’t available so got delivered two days later
So simple I would recommend this company no problem

Super professional from the start the team phoned half hour before, unloded xl item, unpackaged dismantled to enable delivery into house and room of choice reassembled and fitted ensuring no damage to property or item and removed old item to be recycled absolutely superb and i would 100% recommend this company to everyone.
Staff extremely polite and super helpful going above and beyond in their deliver and service.
