Ordered a few times and items were always great but the last year or so iv been waiting for an item to be made but when I message i haven't had nothing back

Got a personalised hoodie for mothers day and I absolutely love it, fits great, nice light hoodie and so comfortable.
Would definitely recommend

Fantastic products and great service. I’m always ordering and only once was there a delay, which was communicated. (Once in the many times I’ve ordered isn’t bad at all). Very approachable so can always ask for an ETA. Seen reviews saying she’s a scam, I can confirm she 100% is not! Always get my products!! The clothing is not cheap tat, great quality and very durable. Thank you for a great service and fab products

Ordered goods for Christmas for my grandson for Christmas on the 28th of September after weeks of seeking info where are they she eventually admitted I would not be receiving them with a load of excuses promised me a refund which I’m still waiting for (now in march)
Do not buy from this woman she is a scam artist who will take your money and give you nothing in return only lies and excuses

I had a massive issue with delivery and it appeared that the parcel could have been lost in transit. G was amazing and sorted a replacement and sent it a couple days later tracked with royal mail. I was so worried that I wouldn’t receive it before Christmas with it being a special present but G made sure that I did. She was brilliant keeping in touch with me throughout this ordeal and constantly tracking the delivery (as was I!). When I did finally receive my item it was perfect and amazing quality too. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much!

Had a couple of personalised cushions made up after our Dog passed away and wow what and amazing Job Rgmdesigns4u done, my children absolutely loved them. I would highly recommend. 👍🏻

Have previously ordered products from RGM and loved them. Ordered another couple of items in 2022 and unfortunately I’m still waiting. The quality is amazing but shipping times can be longer and have been longer presently for whatever reason

Don't believe the turnaround times.... wish I'd read the other reviews before ordering! Ordered two tshirts for my wedding, 2 weeks after my original order date they still hadn't arrived so I contacted the seller she gave me a load of excuses but said she would send the items out that week. I explained it was very important as I was flying on the Saturday. Didn't receive anything so I contacted her again on the Froday asking if she had sent them and for tracking or some sort of proof of postage. At first I was ignored so after multiple messages I was told no tracking but they had definitely been posted. I didnt get my items, communication was poor, I was given alot of uncomfortable excuses, overall rubbish experience. Luckily I paid through PayPal so my money was quickly refunded! SCAMMER

I’ve ordered from Georgia for two years in a row now for both my children’s parties. Georgia goes above and beyond to create bespoke party bags to meet the theme. Customer service and contact is fantastic and such a lovely person! Party bags are fantastic quality and prices. I will continue to order every year. Thank you Georgia 😊.
