Georgia is fantastic at what she does! I have slate photos which have been ordered as presents from my brother and they are perfect and have pride of place! I have order a personalised bag as well and it came just as I asked and within the time frame! I have just order a little tracksuit for my little one and everything I requested for was no issue at all! Order and you will not be disappointed at all!

Well where do I start I have ordered a range of items from Georgia including personalised water bottles, personalised reindeer teddies for all my children, a personalised bunny Teddy for my daughter for her first birthday she's nearly 4 and adores her bunny is so attached to it, photo rock slates etc every order I have received from Georgia has been above and beyond outstanding quality you can really tell Georgia puts her all into all her creations and work down to every last detail.
The communication between Georgia and myself has always been brilliant she is always able to answer any questions I may have and always keeps me informed on the progress of my order, Georgia is always very kind, polite and friendly.
I have always been beyond impressed with every order I have received from Georgia and will go nowhere but to Georgia for anything I may need xx

I ordered a photo slate on 14th February 2022. I finally received the photo slate after many many lies and made up stories from Georgia on 2nd February 2023. Almost one year later!!

The customer service was absolutely disgusting. I asked for a refund many times but was told it would be easier for her to send me the product instead. That's all well and good if she didn't lie in every message. On 1st December she sent me pictures of her actually making the photo slate which is laughable that it took her that long. Then she said she posted it that day which she didn't. Blamed royal mail on losing it. Said she would have sent it by yodel but apparently it doesn't operate in Northern Ireland. The yodel depot is in my hometown!! So then she was sending it by yodel and was giving me a tracking number but the tracking number was never sent. She sent me a voicenote through WhatsApp to say I would definitely get the product on thursday or friday of that week and when I got home from work guess what hadn't arrived! Then I finally got hold of her on Friday night and said she was taking it to the post office the next day. She finally posted it on Saturday morning and it arrived on Thursday! If you want to be lied to for almost a year certainly order from this girl but I will never ever order from her again!

Only downside is shipping times, i understand the seller cannot speed this process up but even getting a tracking link straight away would have been nice.
