We cannot recommend Rhinorails highly enough! We’d had a horrible experience with another supplier who failed to deliver any goods. I contacted Rhinorails on a Saturday morning and within 30 mins the Managing Director, Grant, had responded to let me know they could help. Within 1 working day he’d arranged everything with the brand we were after and 2 days later we received our order. Rhinorails were brilliant from start to finish, kept us fully informed and were very competitively priced. Our view is don’t look anywhere else, this is the company to source radiators from and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

The products are very good as was the service. One was late arriving to them and Grant was great at letting me know this and arranging a slightly later date. When two items out of 3 arrived he was again good at chasing the other one and letting me know that it was coming the same day (as agreed) but as a separate delivery

I am very impressed with Rhinorails, they have been so helpful! They answered my request very promptly and agreed to provide a slightly different finish for what I wanted to order - practically a bespoke service. They then didn't mind at all when I changed my mind about what item I wanted to order, and it was shipped the next day in the desired finish! Plus, they work with an anti poaching charity, so what's not to like. Highly recommended.

I made a mistake when I measured-up for a heated towel rail - the one I ordered was too small. One phonecall and Grant at Rhinorails sorted everything out for me immediately and at no cost to myself. I can`t praise them enough.

First item was not delivered as advised by courier, was very kindly sent out a replacement, and both parcels arrived the same day! Rhinorails customer service impeccable, now waiting for collection of second parcel to be returned back to them.
