I’ve ordered several stainless towel rail from Rhinorails, both for my house and for my customers (being a heating engineer). They are quality items and the delivery speed and packaging is always first rate.

Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommended !

I contacted Rhino rails inquiring if they could make a heated towel rail to a size not listed on their website, with no hesitation they said they would check with the factory for stock of bar length steel and get back to me to me the following day. Good to their word they called back and said yes! I was advised that due to manufacture and transportation there would be a delay of approx 4 - 6 weeks which worked okay for me [this ended up being slightly longer due to Christmas, but again no problem for me], the towel rail arrived this week and it looks great, polished stainless steel with the heating element and matching polished valves. I’m installing it later on this week but don’t anticipate any issues. So to sum up my experience, great service from Grant and his team, great price and all the while your helping out the Rhino’s.

Lovely rail - just what I wanted. Service from Rhinorails was superb. They responded to queries promptly after ordering. Delivery only took a few days. However, the tracking system was non-existent and created some stress. Rhinorails knows and said they would change their courier. Had it not been for that little glitz, I'd have give it 5 stars.

Excellent service. It did take a little while to set up our account which when I telephoned it was explained that once submitted these are manually set up. I wish I could give 4 and a half stars. The polish on the rail is almost unbelievable. I was a bit worried about putting stainless steel in with chrome shower fittings, but you cannot really tell the difference.
Contact with the supplier has been excellent whether by email of phone.
The only reason why it is not 5 stars is because the fixing screw heads are visible when finished rather than being concealed under a bezel.
Would I buy again? I am just deciding how long I want to put beside the bath as the 1200 mm, while ideal for the 1400 mm shower, looks too long there.

It arrived a little late but had a call to say it would be so communication from rhinorails was good.
Was very pleased with the quality and it seems very well made,bought it for the 25 year guarantee against rust so only time will tell
