Recently purchased a quick coupler for…
Recently purchased a quick coupler for my Bobcat E20. Ordered it and I received it in about a week. After removing the pins and bucket, which always takes me about 20 minutes, I installed my Rhinox coupler. I ordered it to accommodate my hydraulic thumb. It all fit together perfectly. It used to take me 20 to 40 minutes to change buckets. That fact alone would keep me from using the right bucket for the job. The first time to change buckets took me approximately 2 minutes! It took longer to drive Over to the other bucket than it did to hook up. I then used the excavator till dark with no issues from the new system. What a joy it is to work with my machine again. THANKS guys for building a high quality part.

Hello, placing the order was fine. The original delivery was not met and I had to chase for a new date confirmation. This was not met too, I also had to chase for a new date. This time it was delivered. I did try to use the website for updates but all I could find was, I would receive an email before delivery. This did happen and the driver was great. He went the extra mile for sure. My point is you did not proactively inform me that the delivery date given at order confirmation would not be met. Apart from that the product is really good and the telephone support was also good.

Trenching bucket
I ordered the narrow trenching bucket for the Kubota K008-3. It needed to be made and although the lead time was 3 weeks the bucket arrived on time.
The communication regarding delivery was somewhat lacking, it just arrived and fortunately I was at home.
I did feel the price was rather on the high side given that these are pattern made.
Anyway, overall I'm happy with the bucket.

Fast and efficient service from ordering to delivery.
This bucket allowed me to run services 120 meter. from start to finish took me less than a day and that includes the clean up and i was ready to move on to my next job.
I am not a professional user and i was able to do this work easily with minimum mess. I can only imagine the time this bucket would save a professional when using it daily.
