Sad to say “Ribble” is now on our watch list as we are concerned that the current owners might make the mistake, so common nowadays, of cutting staff too much to the detriment of their customers. Watch this space!

I have contacted the company 4 times…
I have contacted the company 4 times yesterday about delivery. I paid extra to get 1000 ltr delivered t. Every time I spoke to the lady on the phone she assured me that the oil would be with me yesterday. I have no heating at all and a 91 year old shielding with us,. I phoned again at 4.45 and asked the lady to ring the driver and find out how long he was going to be. She never rung back and no one answered the phone when i rung back again. Absolutely disgusting. They should be ashamed of the service they are not providing. I have been buying heating oil for years and never had such awful service Ever. Disgusting !!!!!
