Excellent help from Hayden on my initial visit looking to upgrade my 15 year old Panasonic plasma, and most of the other stuff plugged into it. He provided a great overview of what was available and made some good suggestions. I left with three quotes being sent to me for consideration. No hard sell here, just good advice. Having made some decisions I returned a couple of weeks later and confirmed my shopping list with Fred who was also a great help. Delivery was as promised and using the recommended installer I now have a brilliant wall mounted Samsung QE65s95f and Hwq800f soundbar. currently rewatching all of my favourite movies, they look and sound brilliant. A big thanks to the RS team, highly recommended.

Very helpful staff but they need to be more up to date with the cost of having a smart tv installed. We were told it would cost £40. We were quoted £70 + VAT.
The installer agreed to do it for £60 +VAT
