Excellent service at Richer Sounds Bournemouth. The team was very helpful, professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to understand what I was looking for rather than simply trying to sell me something.

The advice was honest and straightforward, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. It’s refreshing to deal with people who genuinely know their products and care about customer satisfaction.

Highly recommended if you’re looking for good products, competitive prices and excellent customer service.

Happy with the price I paid for my purchase however after listening to the sales guy talk technical nonsense to me for a long time bloody boring and despite me making it clear I’m not interested in anything technical or interested in buying a so called more powerful and more expensive item instead he totally lost all interest in me as a customer and tbh didn’t really conceal this. Last 10 mins of my experience I would of given one star tbh.

Excellent staff in the Bournemouth branch. Really helpful and gave me the best option for my situation. You can always rely on richer sounds!

A speedy efficient delivery to the shop and a very friendly welcome from the guy at the counter who explained that although ear buds cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, providing they were unopened in the original packaging a refund was possible. In the event my son loved them and kept them saying they were the best he has ever owned. Good communication from RS staff via email however I was also receiving emails from DPD which was confusing because I wasn't sure if they were being delivered to my house or the shop. Whilst they were delivered to the shop as I requested, emails from both the carrier and RS were misleading and maybe the logistics could be improved. Thank you RS all the same 😃

Lewis was brilliant. My husband thought he knew what he wanted but Lewis took the time to ask what we wanted, how we wanted to use it & then went through all the plus & minuses of all the systems. Very knowledgeable & really easy to talk to.

Excellent and honest recommendations, the manager Paul clearly knows what he’s doing and has years of experience in their products. Price was good and they had the stands I wanted in stock for same day collection. Can’t fault them at all.

Excellent service and brilliant deals

Richer Sounds is my "go to" place for A/V products. Have always found them to be helpful, friendly, efficient and competitively priced. My recent experience was no exception. After being greeted in a cheery manner by Aaron I explained what I wanted. He checked the store stock and went to get what I wanted. Having paid I left with my purchase. The entire process was completed in less than 5 minutes. My thanks to Aaron for his helpfulness and efficiency. All in all a very positive shopping experience.

I contacted Bournemouth to ask if they had a Technics SA-C600 in stock. Paul got back to me really quickly saying they’d order one in. He contacted me as soon as it arrived. The guys in the shop were really friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Highly recommend and also the Technics is awesome!!
