Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.
The prices are good too!

I easily ordered what I needed online, was met by friendly staff at the shop who had the part I ordered ready for me. This is the third or fourth time I have used Richer sounds for high value items and have always been pleased with their service.

The staff (Oscar) was very knowledgeable, trying to meet our needs without influencing too much. The follow-up delivery and confirming emails were appreciated

Shopped in the Bournemouth store. I must say the service is second to none. They have a great understanding of the equipment they are selling and more importantly to me open and honest. I would recommend them again and again. I have suffered by big companies Costomer service before and started to think I may as well just buy from Amazon for the convenience . Richer sounds has made me realise that great Costomer service is still around and well worth going there to see them. I can some times be over critical with the Costomer services but honestly Richer Sounds deserves the five stars and more. I will be buying all my electrical equipment from there even though i live 2 hours away in Swindon . We all need to support these companies because they are hard to find!!!

Paul was superb with his advice and insight. I’m left extremely satisfied with my new system. I keep listening to music from throughout my lifetime and rediscovering details and musicality never spotted before. Which is an absolute and utter delight.

After four and a half years, our TV went faulty. Richer Sounds loaned us a new unit while they evaluated the repair. It turned out that the old unit was beyond economic repair and we were offered a sum as compensation, which we accepted. The manager and staff were very helpful throughout the whole process and we now have a new TV that we are very satisfied with. Keep up the great work RS Team.

Having killed our 5 year old 48" OLED Panasonic TV during a Wii session, I went to RS to replace it as its 'the place 'to go on Saturday
I was met by a smiling Oscar who tried to find a replacement 48" OLED, but was unable to do so as none were available
After consulting with my wife we agreed to purchase a 55"oled Panasonic , being unsure of the size increase
The TV was duly delivered on Tuesday afternoon in a very large box , after setting up we sat down to enjoy our new large TV
We are getting used to our new 'big screen '
