Having killed our 5 year old 48" OLED Panasonic TV during a Wii session, I went to RS to replace it as its 'the place 'to go on Saturday
I was met by a smiling Oscar who tried to find a replacement 48" OLED, but was unable to do so as none were available
After consulting with my wife we agreed to purchase a 55"oled Panasonic , being unsure of the size increase
The TV was duly delivered on Tuesday afternoon in a very large box , after setting up we sat down to enjoy our new large TV
We are getting used to our new 'big screen '

I couldn't work out what I was doing wrong on Richer Sounds website, but a quick call to the Bournemouth shop and a chat with Paul who sorted out my order within a few minutes. Very competitive price on my new TV and sound bar.

I rang the Bournemouth branch to order a CD player and Lewis was extremely helpful. He explained our item would be a special order which might take one to two weeks to arrive. He helped us to pay for the item on line, and it arrived at our home within 4 working days. We couldn't be more satisfied with the excellent service.

Aaron was very helpful in Bournemouth shop. Helped us make a decision. Would have been 5 star but there was an issue with the tv. However it was swapped the following day. Shops should be judged no5 only on price but also how they resolve problems which was done promptly and without any fuss.

I purchased a Humax FHR6000T. The first box didn't perform well. I spoke to the manager at Boscombe branch Paul who went over and above to correct the problem, and is still working on the continuing problem. HUMAX 1 STAR PAUL 10 STARS give him a bonus. 11
