Really great!

Firstly, it is a sad fact that there are fewer specialist hi-fi retailers in Bournemouth than there were, say, twenty years ago, so our choice was somewhat limited in this respect. That isn't meant to be a back-handed compliment by the way - just setting context. We really did receive first class service in-store and it was great to receive help from someone (Dan) who actually knew what he was talking about, which is welcome when you're spending significant amounts of cash on a product. No hard-sell, just helpful advice. We could certainly recommend your company to anyone else who was thinking of purchasing a new hi-fi setup.

Telesales was a convenient way to source a Chord Mojo 2 at a bargain price.
Staff were friendly, accommodating and made the over the phone purchase straightforward and easy.

Popped in to the local store as moral support for a friend and made the most of asking one of the RS team about a specific item. The advice and options given resulted in a purchase, plus as a treat, we managed to get a showing of the opening sequence of the F1 movie in the demo room, very nice. Great service and a great team at the store.

These guys really know their stuff. Was given a HiFi for a present and needed some speakers. Really helpful and great price (£100 off as a VIP member). Not in stock but they ordered them and they arrived next day. Fantastic service.

Polite young man very helpful quick service .When it came to delivering my TV not so good .It was not sent to my home as expected but to a pickup point.as I am over 80years old this was not easy, maybe I could have been told this at the start. I was surprised to be given a telephone number of someone if I needed my T V set up which Idid so far I have not been able to contact anyone at the given number

Richer Sounds staff are courteous, efficient and helpful, a refreshing contrast to much of the care-less online retail world. They were swift to resolve any problem - in my case a delivery issue outside RS control hence my return for another purchase. I am delighted with the product. Happy to recommend them. Dan at RS Bournemouth is worth his weight in gold. Bought a brilliant Panasonic tele from him and he really helped in us making a great choice. Highly recommend RS for all your home entertainment needs.
