The customer service support I received from Matt and the team at Bromley was really great. I had ordered the wrong product online, and they advised and helped me get a replacement with the minimum fuss and very quickly.

Ordered the TV via the Bromley branch. The manager, Matt, together with Jerome and Paul, were excellent.
The TV was delivered by a 2 man TV, which arrived on the date/time specified.

I ordered my TV from the shop on Tuesday 15 September and after a whole week it still has not been collected let alone delivered!

Matt and paul helped me buy a TV even got a six year warranty the staff were brilliant very helpful would not hesitate in going back my next purchase will be In richer sounds Bromley

I had a good opportunity to demo a REL Tzero MKIII subwoofer on a Sunday, which was very convenient.

The salesperson asked what gear I would use the sub with, namely KEF LS50s and a Naim pre and power amp.

Although the Bromley shop was busy I still felt the REL was right for me. I made the purchase a few days later and it arrived safely September 3rd. Ordering a delivery were excellent.

I now have a system that benefits a great deal from adding the subwoofer, although it took a lot of time and effort to set it up at the optimal location, which is to be expected.

My reason for only awarding 4 stars has to do with my Naim pre-power amp. I followed the REL instructions for the high level input connection to my NAP 100 power amp. After about 15 minutes the sound cut out - the NAP 100 was too hot to touch. A quick bit of googling soon showed that the subwoofer should have been connected via the speaker terminals. This exception is not mentioned in REL’s manual but is a known issue in Naim chat forums. My power amp recovered but I think it would be good if staff could offer this important tip to future Naim owners buying subwoofers.

All told though, I’m delighted with my Richer Sounds purchase !

Went to the Bromley branch looking for a new hifi. Spoke to Jerome who took a huge amount of time and effort to point us in the right direction. Set up a system there and then for us to compare speakers etc. only one of the items was in stock but next day delivery was promised. Sure enough everything else arrived on time 10.00 the next morning. Cannot recommend this shop too much, a very good experience all round.
