Staff at the Bromley branch were very helpful. I turned up without booking and they set up an audition for me there and then. The item I chose wasn't available at the branch but I was able to get it delivered without fuss a couple of days later. Overall a good experience

Great customer service and extended 6 year warranty is great. I had a problem with a amp i got and took it back to bromley store and spoke to tommy who was a great help. Swapped the amp for a new one there and then. I will continue to get all my audio stuff from richer sounds

Had to travel to Bromley to pick up an amp which had been reserved by my local store. Amp was ready waiting and I was able to get budget cables without upsell. Have had good experience with other Richer outlets - but this was above and beyond.

Problem with online ordering (lack of email confirmation) resolved over the phone. Phone call received from shop to say that item was ready for collection. Item still not showing in order history, however service in Bromley shop exemplary.

I'd been researching TVs online and getting somewhat overwhelmed with all the technology - going into Richer Sounds and speaking to a very helpful employee - Tommy - made everything much clearer. The ability to view a couple of models in real life rather than just looking online made the decision much easier. Tommy was very patient and helpful. Delivery was amazingly quick. The whole process was very positive and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Richer Sounds.

Clear, fast and brilliant shop and service. Stephen was there who helped me with a record player within my budget and needs and was brilliant. I had some existing speakers that I brought in, and another device, told me that one device I brought wasn’t required, good, I could send that back. Great, loading bay outside the shop too. Marvellous.
