Brilliant service from the staff at Eton Branch. Great communication and very helpful. So glad I ordered from Richer Sounds much more reassuring than an Amazon delivery being chucked over the gate

I have purchased a full 4.2.1 Klipsch Atmos and Onkyo theatre system - well basic set up with a view to expand upon. More suround speakers with zone ability and even grow the system to other rooms and the garden. I have now also invested in some more speakers to complete the system, the purchasing of these was an interesting venture and one that differed from my original purchase but i have finally got a system that delivers what I set out to achieve. I am a very keen audio enthusiast so I have lots of questions and will want to grow my system / hub even further. I've also had some great information form the on line team too. I look forward to discussing my garden audio system in the near future.

I’ve bought many items over the years from Richer Sounds as I used to live across the road from one. I needed to buy a gift at short notice and noticed a great price on an Audio Technica LP60XBT turntable. Was looking to collect from local store in Watford but they didn’t have one in stock. The helpful staff member I spoke to on the phone found me one in Windsor and I was able to call them to reserve and collect one easily. All at a lower price than a well known online behemoth that doesn’t pay its fair share of tax, treats workers poorly and has ruined the high street!

I’ve always gone to RS for any AV kit, so it was a no-brainer to go to my ‘new’ local branch to discuss projectors. As expected (all the staff are great in every branch) James was really patient, knowledgable and professional; setting my misunderstandings straight and ensuring I got the right stuff for my installation. The demo room was put to good use, and convinced me to invest. Purchasing, delivery and admin all really easy. Proof that there’s no substitute for visiting the experts.

All requirements met.
A budget turntable Denon DP-29F at £99 is great value with Denon Quality.

A really good Pure Classic Stereo and very helpful customer service person.
The sound quality of the system is very good and it was very easy to set up. The customer services person at Richer Sounds was really helpful as I had struggled finding the individual measurements of the whole stereo system.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They really know their stock. Quick and efficient service
