Totally understand what I needed and excellent customer service.

Recently ordered a pair of Dali Opticon 6 speakers from the Exeter branch via email with an employee called Nick. He was extremely helpful and dealt with the purchase perfectly informing me when they were in stock ready for me to collect as that was my preferred method. Love the speakers very much. Thanks Exeter/Richer Sounds.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff who offered us a wide range of buying options and explained things clearly. My wife and I will certainly shop there again.

The delivery of our Hisense mini led tv was organised and arrived within a few days, delivered by helpful van driver.
We haven't had the TV long so there is much to investigate.
The picture is sharp, colourful and bright. We do run it through an existing sound system. There are loads of 'apps' and Freely although new to us appears easy to navigate.

Ordered a Philips PHIL-24PHS6000 24" which we were able to collect the following morning after receiving a phone call from the shop. The TV is great - very easy to set up and Freely works a treat via the internet as we have no aerial for this set.
The Richer team were as helpful as ever.

Great help with a faulty BenQ tv dongle. We agreed it wasn't a very effective product and Mark at Exeter went so far as to refund the price of an Amazon Firestick bought elsewhere to replace it. Thoughtful and considerate customer service.

I had a problem with a Hisense 32 inch tv which kept losing connection to my WiFi.
Very impressed with the way Richer dealt with the problem, Steve at the Exeter shop was brilliant and nothing was to much trouble in arranging a replacement.

Mark was really helpful and kindly gave me a gift voucher in lieu of speaker cable discount. He was very pleasant and helpful on the phone and the Monitor Audio Silver 100 7G are ridiculously good for the money sounding more like speakers at twice the price.

Excellent response to problem with my loudspeaker. Reported fault on phone line and when I went to shop they had been fully briefed on my complaint and were ready to replace my device without further explanation
