Bought tv over the phone this is my second tv I have got from you service was really good and Dean was very happy to ask any questions i had many thanks 😊

Called the store about a clearance product. Dean answered the call and helped me put a no obligation reservation on the product for me to consider my options. I had questions around the condition of the TV and Dean assured me that it should be fine but can return if there are any issues.
Went into store the next day where David competed the sale and reiterated the returns policy.

TV arrives 5 days later and is great condition, practically new. Will come back to richer sounds 100%.

I’d always use a proper, independent store to source my TV, Hi-Fi equipment. Having worked in my local independent electronics retailer before it stopped trading when the internet killed everything on the high street, the knowledge places like this provide is invaluable and you can’t get that on the internet. I love Richer Sounds and will use them over every other store.

Polite quick and efficient service .

This is an excellent amplifier but for music lovers, like myself, not deeply knowledgeable technically (the amp I replaced was 37 years old), be aware that this amplifier may need an accompanying phono pre-amp. I was not advised of this at the time of purchase so when I set up the new amp, I was frustrated when I got no sound from my records. I found out about the pre-amp issue by accessing the manufacturer's online manual.
Fortunately I had recently purchased from the Glasgow store a turntable so when I called to ask about pre-amps a few days later, Charlie was able to refer to my previous purchases and thus advise me to switch the RIAA oon my turntable to ON which resolved the problem. Charlie was very helpful and patient when both discussing the matter and guiding me to a satisfactory outcome. The overall rating would have been a 5 but for the initial frustration I experienced from the phono pre-amp issue, which could have been discussed at the time of purchase, considering its importance.

Great service in the shop and a demo of the product … paid and it was delivered the next day less than 24 hours after purchase. Speakers sound great love them

A very good experience from the initial phone call to collecting the equipment. Alan was very helpful throughout and waited after the shop closed to allow pick up, as advertised for VIP members. Everything worked smoothly, including the online payment system. I have always found Richer Sounds to provide excellent customer service and this occasion was exactly as expected.

A first class experience

Excellent service from the guys- Swapped out my days old Eversolo DMP A-8 for the T-10 transport which was the better solution for me. I received expert advice that helped make the right choice when deciding on interconnects for the component. I value the sound relationship and trust fostered between the sales guys and the customers. They go the extra mile to ensure you are happy with your purchase.

Straightforward chat with knowledgeable staff member (sorry, can't remember his name). No hard sell, no BS. Got what what I wanted and left happy. Exactly what every store should be like.
