Great service by the store in Hanley. I think his name was Leigh. He was great on the phone and I took his advice and ordered the TV. Collected from store , they eve. Great experience.

Went to buy a new tv, good clear helpful advice given by Leigh. Excellent service from start to finish.Gold standard in our eyes. Old tv still had short warranty left, Leigh arranged collection of this, delivery of the new tv ,and also a marvellous team to come and set it up for us.

The guys are always very helpful and knowledgeable and the pricing is always competitive.
It is my ‘go to’ for anything audio and AV.
Excellent warranties are given on products as well… Seven years for my projector and six years on my AV amplifier… That’s brilliant! 😀

Fantastic service from Leigh at the Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent store. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and patient as we deliberated over what to buy. We are 100% happy with our purchase of a turntable, amp and speakers and are once again enjoying the love of vinyl records. We are returning customers and will definitely buy from this store again as we trust their advice and products.

Very knowledgeable staff. we only went in store for some speaker cable but i also wanted some information on a new TV, Chris showed us an LG which was just what we were looking for, we went back the following week and bought one.

Jack is excellent and professional. Although he can't make the price match for my Dali speakers combo compared to the other competitor, he was so kind to give me a discount after sales. He was also very patient to explain how I could calibrate my speaker and subwoofer. Highly recommend.

This was a website order as I knew exactly what I wanted. Received email from Store day after order placed. A nice touch was being offered to collect before store opening time. Jack even brought out TV out to my car.

I found the staff really helpful and accommodating. A much better experience than my prior visit to Currys where I got no help or assistance at all.

Due to hearing problems i decided to order on line but impossible as my credit card was declined Rang customer services and we agreed i should try a debit card This was also declined so I rang customer services again and explained i had used the credit card within the last 24 hours successfully had they a problem? He then took details of product and said delivery 4 to 5 days No explanation of how he'd manage to resolve my problem
There also seems to.be a lack of guarantee details on the invoice

When I rang the Hanley branch my call was answered promptly, I then placed an order for a Sony soundbar, the new payment method was fully explained to me and the order was then processed efficiently by the staff member. The initial product price was equal to any other retail outlet, add in a VIP discount and free delivery and you have a very good deal. Thank you.

Overall good service. Had an issue trying to order on line as the system would not accept my delivery address. So I phoned telesales and my order was placed efficiently and the telesales representative was excellent. Another issue was that I was only given 3 hours notice in respect of the delivery time. However, I was given the opportunity to specify an alternative solution as I was not at home at the appointed delivery time.
The sales guy was great. We had our two grandchildren with us which was quite distracting but he Snd his colleagues were really patient.
Delighted with the telly/sound bar.
Will defo use you again as we already have in the past . Thank you

The salesman knew exactly what I wanted. Got it straight from the stock room explained how to set it up and in about 5 minutes I was on my way home with my new recorder.
